Pandadoc is so easy to use and very affordable.
What do you like best about the product?
I have tried other e-sign sites before, but it gets very tedious to paste and it gets very messy. Pandadoc is so much user friendly and very affordable for what I need. I would definitely recommend 👌 and their customer service is very prompt and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much dislike, so far very pleased with the service. It is straight to the point and user friendly. If I have questions on certain functions, Panadoc customer service online has been very helpful to assist me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can see right away when documents are sent and when costumers are stuck on certain pages. I also love that you can save templates on there. If I am on the go, and using another device, i don't have to worry to find by blank contracts because i have thr templates on PandaDoc. Overall, so happy I don't need to use printer and scanners to have customers to sign back.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is very user friendly and if you need help, they have a live chat agent to guide you.

I work in a law office and our engagement letters can be signed by Panda docs. The convenience is really easy and our clients enjoy using it.
the best free doc sigh software out there
What do you like best about the product?
It is logical and intuitive - simple to use from the get go. I am currently using the free service and functionality is out of the this world for a free software.
As the world pivoted digital this software allowed us to test and pilot process changes without major investment - and now getting digital signatures from remote based staff has become a breeze.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little to dislike - it would be good if some of the placeholder defaults could be personalized to reduce editing but that is being picky
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The key benefit for us as been the ability to keep processes working through the pandemic and to test digital signatures without a major investment - a chance to prove the concept.
Easy and useful
What do you like best about the product?
We have been trying to get our construction business contracts online and reviewed. PandaDoc has been easy to implement and super simple to have signed online.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some nice upgrades cost money, but that's about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Online signing has been achieved finally!
PandaDoc has been very useful in having clients review and sign docs
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to see when people have viewed so you can see the stages of progress is helpful because it allows you to check in on clients progress and plan out when to send reminders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - would be nice to have some language options for non English speaking clients but it's easy enough to use that no one has had an issue with it so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having clients sign by mail or having them download or learn to use Adobe would be such a hassle. Being able to send a link or quick email makes these documents much more accessible to the clients I work with. It makes things easier for us as well by making signed documents easily accessible to download and share with co-workers that need them.
Huge Benefit to Our Process
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is easy to use. We now have a very streamlined and consistent pitch deck that can be created in seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't found anything that we dislike about PandaDoc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to using PandaDoc, we were sending out lots of attachments. The attachments took time to create. PandaDoc has allowed us to customize our presentations quickly and efficiently.

I currently work as an Account Manager on a fintech that provides installments as payment method for basically any customer. Therefore, we constantly need to renew our partnerships with different commerces.
When I started using Panda Doc I was basically able to make the work of a whole department (the legal one) just by me.
Also, I enjoyed to automatize the experiencie for all the new users (commerces), they basically have to put their information on a link I have on Airtable and then, a whole contract gets done with that input.

Your doing a great job but a think you can try to improve your user acquisition by making the free account creation easier.
