Great work tool
What do you like best about the product?
It Simplefies the order process - once all data is entered a beautiful contract document is created on the spot
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a glitch which adds GST on top of the sales price when GST is ticked

The lack of layout options (e.g., adding a line in the document) and the inability with my plan to send a mass mailing

I've been working with panda dock for 2 years now, and I use it every day.
With this software, sending a document for a signature is child's play, and you have so many features to personalize your document that's just crazy! What's the top of the top is the possibility to make templates of documents and love having to upload them every time.
The interface is user-friendly, you can set up a document in a minute. Besides, Pandadoc offers a lot of possibilities of integrations with other tools, and the Google Workspace tools.

In my business, I have to make people sign documents every day to start contracts.
Every signature tools I've tried are really expensive and I don't have much budget to get one. Pandadoc offers me a complete solution to that problem, moreover, it's so easy to use that it's a real pleasure to work with this tool.

I love the ability to pull in content blocks from the Content Library and quickly create new ones.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't have any issues or problems with PD.

We create hundreds of client contracts monthly and they directly show up in SalesForce. It makes everything organized and efficient!

Reduces mistakes when updating info from different parts of the same proposal. It saves time and allows me to prepare more proposals per week

I love how easy it is to edit and make any revisions as well as the ability to ping people to sign it once its been sent out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more control over being able to set reminders daily, every three days, etc. instead of the limited options currently available

Marketing to small and medium business' as well as realtors and mortgage officers needing to stay in front of their past clients. PandaDoc allows me to send proposals in a professional way.

Very user-friendly; simple to use, and populates most things from your CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Discount put into price does not populate as same or added up (if more than one item) in Total at bottom of the quote.

Saves time, and allows you to know when your customer has viewed or completed the document.
