Night and day difference using panda doc
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use from what I've seen is unmatched.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really noticed anything that stands out that I would dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of use when it comes to allowing customers and new prospects get any new products they may need.
The best tool for eSigning documents and order forms
What do you like best about the product?
Effortless integration with Salesforce. Very simple as it auto-populates fields and easily directs users on where to sign.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really found anything that I dislike about PD. It works as expected every time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily complete deals and sign secure documents in a few simple steps
It works well and it is very easy to use.

Most helpful is the ease of use. The way you can seamlessly go from tab to tab is immaculate.

Sometimes searching for a specific thing is glitchy but other than that its great.

What do you like best about the product?
So I finally got to use PD in anger last week and it was as seamless as expected/hoped. At my previous company, I had to send PDFs by email and wait for the recipient to print, sign, scan and email the paperwork back to me. With PD, it took seconds to launch directly out of SFDC (with all of the relevant products and prices pre-completed) and fire that contract out by email once the prospect had given me the green light. I didn't have to think about what I was sending with the templates waiting for me, it's easy for the prospect to complete and you can't beat the 'your PD has been completed' notification once signed. I haven't had to utilise the document reminders yet but I'm sure I will and colleagues have commented on how useful they are beyond the usual email chasers :)
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike based on my experiences so far!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time saved prepping/sending/receiving documents is the biggest benefit as an individual contributor – it's beneficial for both the rep and prospect who ultimately just want to see the deal through once everything has been agreed.

Honestly nothing. Maybe it could easier to edit agreements on mobile.. maybe it couldn't?

Getting contracts out takes minimal effort as does editing them

What do you like best about the product?
It's incredible how fast the process of document exchange takes place through PandaDoc. It's very easy and straightforward to upload a document and collaborate with internal and external counterparts on getting the docs signed correctly. This way, PandaDoc helps reduce a lot of admin time while also keeping everything nice and tidy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything specific, maybe the general interface can get a bit more modern and better-looking, but that's just for the looks. When we talk about functionality, PandaDoc is the best!

Mainly time savings and keeping ourselves compliant.

How easy it is to use our templated purchase orders, and if I need to create signature blocks for documents on the fly, or make any edits - it's super intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really much to dislike, I can't say anything bad about the product so far - they add features pretty regularly and listen to requests it looks like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving a ton of time using templated contracts and helps with forecasting because you can see who and how many times your PO is being viewed.
PandaDoc is a great tool if you are just starting out and don't have a full CRM. Easy to use.

Makes sending proposals and forms so easy!
What do you like best about the product?
We use Pandadoc to send out proposals, purchase orders, surveys, and questionnaire forms. It's an affordable soilution that makes my job a whole lot easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customization of things is a bit clunky at times. I think Canva has the best tools for customization in terms of ease of use - we are a creative agency, and I like our proposals to look a certain way. The templates are a bit boring so it took a while to get a template that looks creative and unique for our proposals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted a service that allowed us to easily customize proposals and be able to send them out ASAP. Pandadoc allows us to do that and makes it easy for us to basically drag and drop services based on sales demos.
