Great tool for e-signing and more
What do you like best about the product?
I use the esigning, and I think it is amazing that it is so simple to us as I am a tech non-whizz.
I recently had an issue and support resolved it politely and very efficiently + also followed up to ensure I was happy with the resolution. I really appreciate the service-mindedness.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any coomplaints about Pandadoc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scanning, sharing and storing documents - now I save paper (=nature), and it is quick, simple, efficient -Scanned and legally binding.
PandaDoc solves problems
What do you like best about the product?
Auto-save. Sometimes we lose connectivity, but not our PandaDocs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not totally intuitive (or not EXACTLY like other word processing software - "Word" etc.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving communications problems. The benefit realized is time-savings when composing outgoing documents.

Expensive to do anything beyond the basics.... Support is slow to respond

I love the flexibility of pandadoc for uploading / creating templates and I LOVE the tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pandadoc can be a little annoying to get used to when customizing the documents. Especially since they did their "update."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pandadoc has allowed my company to collaborate in editing contracting materials and given us greater transparency into is those receiving them are opening them or getting them at all.
Easy to customise

Pandadoc is very easy to use and customize to fit your document requirements.

Sometimes it is slow to load a document.

I use Pandadoc to create quotations. I can record the cost & price of the products.
Definitely Worth It!
What do you like best about the product?
Pandadoc makes signing documents and sending out documents for signatures hassle-free. With the adoption of strictly online business operations, I did not have to worry about how I would conduct these processes. I can send via email or via link.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I could say that I dislike. The price is competitive with others in the market. I've seen ease of use with alternative options, but not at this price point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I sign documents within minutes. This feature is needed almost daily. I can also send out contracts and obtain signatures for consent forms for research projects to multiple partners with ease.

The simplicity of use. Very user friendly

I have to fill in each blank- wish it was automatic

What do you like best about the product?
Our team has proposal templates with our products in there so it's easy to generate pricing. It is also a smooth process walking the client through the pricing and making any necessary adjustments
What do you dislike about the product?
When you send out a contract, it would be nice to have a copy of the email go out to me as well. Perhaps this is possible I just have not figured it out yet

I don't have to live in google slides to generate pricing and present pricing, I can do it straight from the proposal templates we have.
Best application to deal with docs
What do you like best about the product?
I just like PandaDoc for everything. I mean, this app is amazing and has all the necessary functionality to operate with documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
PandDoc has bad HubSpot integration. There is a huge problem with searching on GDrive. If it will be fixed, there will be no flaws for me :)

Our company deals with clients' contracts, employees' contracts (and other docs), with legal documentation using Panda.
User-friendly
What do you like best about the product?
It is effortless to use and user-friendly. It creates a platform to review all your information before sending it to your respective clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only disadvantage I have observed would be the issue with sending documents to Hotmail ID users. some of the clients do not get their paper because it is a Hotmail account which can be frustrating, which implies that I will need to send that document again through another email address
