Panda Docs-Working with ease
What do you like best about the product?
Panda docs is user friendly for both myself and my clients. This is done all through our CRM and emailed to client with prompts where to sign. It seems to work easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is a glitch and docs don't go through, most are easy fixes some have to go up to panda. Sometimes the system goes down and puts you behind Overall no problems
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find it is friendly and easy to use therefore allowing my clients to review and sign docs from safety and ease at there own home. Especially with pandemic this has made my job easier

What do you like best about the product?
There is one platform and managing employees, to payroll to reporting, and its easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything was fine as of now no issues, application look good and neat and clear

Major Problem Solved was Tracking the Payroll management
very easy to utilize and complete documents

I really love the simplicity of the platform.

I wish the links in the email made it simpler to log on and complete the document.

I just signed my employee onboarding sheets through Pandadoc. I have a job due to being able to sign those papers!

What do you like best about the product?
- Integration with Salesforce means that I can very quickly and easily send a contract out based on the pricing on the opp
- I'm notified whenever the document is viewed or forwarded
- Reciever can easily forward the contract over the the signer

I haven't run into any major issues so far!

It makes the process of creating and sending out contracts quick and easy
PandaDoc is a simple solution for creating work documents
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is compatible with Hubspot, the leading software that my company uses. We can actually access PandaDoc through Hubspot instead of having another page open.
What do you dislike about the product?
The templates are a little tricky to create by oneself, but thankfully we have premade ones made by another person in our company who is savvier with PandaDocs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can prefill forms quickly and efficiently and attach them directly to Hubspot, our leading software. It provides a consistent base to build on since everything is uniform.

Signing contracts is great. It gets the info from my CRM and I'm good to go!

Notmmuch actually. Only sometimes it's a bit sslow

What do you like best about the product?
The templates look awesome, designing a template is easy. Loads of integration opertunities with Zapier and integromat, we've been able to automate loads of HR processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind, I've had excellent experience with customer service whenever there's an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use bandadoc to automate what were previously manual HR processes. We use Monday.com as our main data source, using the integration to send contracts, resignation letters and any formal contact. We also use panda doc to generate eye catching reports for our board.

A great tool to help automate manual business processes.

What do you like best about the product?
We've been using PandaDoc for the last 4 years now and can't imagine not using them. Super easy to use! This is one piece of the puzzle inside our automations that has allowed us to scale with very little work. Thank you, PandaDoc!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a little more flexibility with customizations of using Stripe payment processor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've made the signup and onboarding process for clients much easier and more streamlined. Works perfectly with our Zapier integrations to sign a client in less than 30 seconds and invoices paid within that same amount of time.
Using PandaDoc
What do you like best about the product?
I like that PandaDoc has editable fields that are more flexible and easier to use than DocuSign. It has all of the same functionality that other best-in-class signature tools have but in a very simple and intuitive format.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I dislike about PandDocs at this point. I transitioned over from DocuSign and found the UI and functionality allowed me to jump right in without missing a beat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use PandaDocs to allow our clients to sign our contracts remotely and for us to track the views and contract completions as they come in. Plus, the feature that allows us to see how long the client viewed each page of the document gives good insight as to where potential sticking points and areas of interest are from their perspective.

How fast PandaDoc helps my team get deals through the door. I can quickly make changes to any document and use templates to create order forms fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to add to this review in the negative tense. I love their product.

Consistency - Our documents need to be approved by management, have a clear audit trail, or all look the same. PandaDoc helps make that easy.
