Easy to use and budget friendly.
What do you like best about the product?
It's an easy platform to use and affordability. I like that they give you a link to be able to email someone if they do not receive the panda doc email and it goes to their spam or is just blocked.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it to be able to auto print the name of the signer also. Like the text button it could have a print name button. Also a number of my receivers receive their panda docs in spam. So if that could be remedied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The unlimited e-signature feature is very affordable.
                        
                            Affordable and Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use. The UI is a little hard to understand at first, to benefit from all the offered features, but the main usage of sending electronic signatures is pretty intuitive and easy to understand. Plus, I like the ability to either send a link or an email to the client. And I can send as many as I want, since I end up sending many documents per day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Again, the UI feels a bit "chunky" and the important information feels crammed in, at least when viewing the templates and the status of sent documents. Also, I don't like how there isn't an option for co-signers; there always has to be one primary signer. And the ability to bcc with the emails would be very useful for my company to see if the client signed without it looking like the client viewed the document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have issues with subcontractors in the field not having time to print something out, sign it, scan it back and send it to us. Now with PandaDoc, we can just send them a link and they can sign it in minutes. Plus, we have many busy clients so this is often much easier for them too. And it outlines the areas where they need to sign which eliminates the issue of missing signatures.
                        
                            Pretty Simple Sales Order Generator
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate being able to view all my sales orders in a single location, as well as the convenience of tracking items that are nearing expiration. Additionally, generating quotes is straightforward and hassle-free.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I need to change a signer after a sales order has already been sent, the system automatically resends it without giving me the option to include a personalized note, which I find frustrating. I'm also not a big fan of being required to send the document for approval again if it has expired and I update the date. However, I'm not sure if this requirement is set by my administrator or if it's an automated feature of PD.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc has made our team more efficient, improved client experience, and shortened our turnaround time for contracts and renewals.

What do you like best about the product?
I am able to monitor when the documents are approved.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to upload to Ministry of Ontario account, not acceptable only Adobe PDF is approved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to keep track of documents that need to be signed and ones that are still not reviewed by the signer.
                        
                            Effortless Document Management with PandaDoc
What do you like best about the product?
I genuinely appreciate PandaDoc for its easy setup process, which only required me to input my email and was completed in seconds. I adore the quick efficiency it provides in sending documents securely, significantly enhancing my productivity. I also love the name PandaDoc because it reminds me of pandas, which I find cute.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I would change about PandaDoc is how sensitive it is, as it requires me to start all over again if I click the wrong button.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc prevents wrist strain from excessive writing and avoids the need to drive to deliver documents physically. It enhances my efficiency by allowing quick, secure document sending, protecting sensitive information without manual handling.
                        
                            Panda doc has made my job so much easier and organized.
What do you like best about the product?
The documents I use are time sensitive and often times clients do not attend in-person meetings. It is great to send a quick document through Panda doc and have clients sign permission using their cell phones, any where.  It is also great that I can go back and print that document at a later date.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I put sending order on and try to move people to the top, two people merge into one and it is hard to get them separate again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is so convenient sending material to several people to sign, then Panda doc sends them a copy when all parties sign. It saves a lot of steps for me.

What do you like best about the product?
its ability to streamline the document creation, signing, and tracking process. It’s especially great for businesses or teams that need to create contracts, proposals, or other documents on a regular basis.  Plus, the e-signature feature makes it easy for clients or team members to sign off on things without needing to print or scan anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
trying to switch the page orientation between portrait and landscape in PandaDoc and it’s not working, that’s definitely frustrating. Unfortunately, PandaDoc doesn’t currently have a direct way to change the orientation of pages once a document has been created. It usually defaults to portrait orientation, and the layout settings are somewhat limited compared to other document editors like Word or Google Docs.

E-Signatures: PandaDoc eliminates the need for printing, scanning, or faxing documents for signatures. With e-signature capabilities, it’s super easy for clients or colleagues to sign documents from anywhere. This speeds up the process and eliminates the delays often caused by waiting for physical signatures.
                        
                            Fast, Easy, and Reliable
What do you like best about the product?
I've used PandaDoc for several years. I like how it stores my documents and templates and makes execution easy. It has enough features to handle what I need and doesn't bog me down with too much to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Early on, uploading documents that were not PDF was a little clunky but new versions seemed to have worked out the issues. Today, the software serves my needs.

What do you like best about the product?
The automation and workflow features make work easier by reducing the time spent on tasks and minimizing inconsistencies and the need for manual intervention.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is that it could potentially take over my role as an HR Letters Coordinator.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
