PANDADOC Review based on UX/UI
What do you like best about the product?
Easily the best part about PandaDoc is the beautiful simplicity of using their services. Everyone recommended that I use Docusign and I tried it out but PandaDoc is obviously cleaner, simpler, faster, and more intuitive. Thanks guys.
What do you dislike about the product?
I actually haven't found any problems or things I'd improve on, nicely done!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using PandaDoc to onboard my team with contractors agreements, Employee agreements, and NDAs.
PandaDoc is intuitive and great for capturing multiple signatures

Not much besides the new layout where "tokens" are more difficult to find
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customers being unsure who the correct signer is and being able to forward for signature.
Incredibly Powerful Business Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to create templates and interact with the platform. Anytime I get stuck, the support that's available is awesome. I've never waited more than a few minutes to get the answer and support I need via Live Chat. It's a tool I recommend and implement for a lot of my clients. Given how easy it is to use, it's just as easy to teach and train my clients to use it on their own.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you have to pay a significant amount more to have access to the automation integrations through Zapier, and webhooks. It's a big jump in monthly cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Turning regularly used documents into templates to save time. Getting signed agreements and collecting payment at the same time. A more organized and automated workflow - and all of these apply to me and the clients I have who implement this into their stack.

As a consultant PandaDoc is a great tool for Proposals & Contracts
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is an all-in-one tool whose features include drag-and-drop, online security, electronic signatures, and pdf compatibility. The best feature is the analytics of sent documents, telling you whether receivers have opened the document and how much time they've spent on each page.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's intuitive to use for the most part, but I found using 'signing order' took a bit of working around, where you want someone to review the document and they are not a signatory. They have to wait till after everyone has signed, which is too late to then review and comment.

Proposals are branded and look professional and unique.

Compared with competitive products, as far as I know, PandaDoc combines document management, proposal writing, and e-signatures in one tool
Pandadoc is easy to use and meet our company expectation.

So far we have not found anything that we dislike.

In the past we used to have client to sign on the hardcopy doucments. But with Pandadoc, we are now paperless.

I am a photographer and use PandaDoc to send my client contacts. It is so easy for me to set up the contacts and even easier for my clients to sign them.

Nothing negative comes to mind. It's much easier than other platforms I've used.

I need an easy way to get contacts to clients. I love how I can see when the contracts are being viewed and then signed.

As a businessman, I need to sign a lot of agreements. Most of the time, the signers are not local, PandaDoc makes signing documents remotely a breeze.
Simple & Gets the Job Done for Electronic Signatures
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is similar in many ways to other services I've used in the past but it has been more reliable. You can actually send documents for signature collection via email or you can grab a link which works great for some folks that can't ever find it in their email after you've sent it so you can just text out the link. Also you can save whatever message you want to send to signers as a template that will get added before sending it out. They’ve advanced the product to include invoicing & so much more. Awesome features that would take way to long to type it all out. Highly recommend checking them out for your e-signature needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't ran into any downsides yet at the moment and I've been using them since the end of 2019. I've sent hundreds of documents out for signatures and haven't had one issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use PandaDoc for electronic signatures related to Tax & Financial documents. It is simple and straight forward and has been very reliable. In the past I've used a service that wouldn't send the documents at times. I love it. It now allows billing which also eliminates additional steps in the onboarding process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Works great for e-signature collection. Haven't had any issues with using it.
