Excellent platform
What do you like best about the product?
This application is very user friendly and simple to use. More importantly it has great ability to synup with other required platforms that reduces time to move back and forth in completing your updates/tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't think i came across any such instance to be honest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simple interface and can collaborate with industry standard CRM tools to make our life easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its a great partner to digitally attest your business agreements and documents.

Super easy user experience!!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. That is very important to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cursor/clicks need to be repeated in the place where I want it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helpful because I do not have to lose time in waiting for an office team member to send out contracts. I can do them myself easily with PandaDoc.
Pretty handy and easy to modify

The interface is very clean and never hard to understand the functions.

Would be great if I can choose not to change any content but just update the expiration date.

A nice UI and quite a simple product to use.

I found it quite hard to get my signature to show up.

Signing Documents and sending documents to be signed as quickly as possible. I only have just started using it however it is a lot better than Docusign.
A Good Option. Easy to Use. Ability to Brand.
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using PandDoc for over a year now primarily to send proposals and contracts. The platform is straightforward, very easy to use and the document building area is similar to using Microsoft Word. It offers everything that our business need with many extras.
The ability to Edit CSS and really customize your documents are a valuable asset for branding. Pricing tables are important in our business, along with accepting payments and electronic signatures and it is very easy to add these important factors into the documents. We are able to receive deposits through Square which is our primary business payment system.

What do you dislike about the product?
We are a small business and the monthly subscription we have offers the basics. If you want to use some of their add on features like the Content Library then you have to upgrade your subscription. Unfortunately having all these monthly subscriptions adds up and starts to eat into your profit margins and when this happens the ease of using this platform doesn't matter because you can find alternatives that may be included with another subscription service you already have. PandaDoc is great for beginners but may not be worth the cost in the long run.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is fulfilling the need to send proposals. One of our favorite features is the Analytics section. It takes the guesswork out of knowing if our potential client(s) have viewed the document and notifies us when they do. The extra perk is you are able to see how long they spend on each page. This can prompt you to send them an email asking them if they have any questions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They offer a 14 day trial and I would suggest you take advantage of it and use it to its full potential. You will absolutely know by the end of the trial period if it is for you.
Proposals simplified
What do you like best about the product?
Consistent formatting across team members, easy to build complex proposals with pre built library content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional email delivery issues with large corporate clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consistent branding and copy in our proposals, easier onboarding for new sales people.
A more efficient way to create proposals!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can connect to HubSpot and pull data from it, so it's easier for the details to prepopulate. I think it's neat. It's also easy to create templates and manage existing proposals. It's quite user friendly once you get used to it. With its version history, it's quite easy to revert the changes and review any revisions previously made. I also like that you can tell whether a recipient has reviewed the document and for how long.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe I'd prefer to have the ability to add signatures when sending emails directly through PandaDoc. It's a nice to have. I'd also like if you'd have an option to use the same link to send a proposal to multiple recipients. It can be a lot quicker to share the proposal via email to multiple recipients.

Ease of creating forms & tracking of sent quotes
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to be able to send a quote to multiple parties from one quote

A professional looking quote document. We now know when recipients have viewed quotes which helps in following up

I love PandaDoc
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use to send out contracts to get signed. I love that it's free as I don't have a budget for a paid service like this.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think you can sign your own name and add text to documents before you send. I wish that feature would be added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to get applications signed qucikly and easily. I've saved a lot of time.
