Best Proposal Software in the Biz
What do you like best about the product?
Very simple to use, I love the dashboard to see all the deals. Clients find it very easy to sign which is the most important aspect.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is I would really love to see the contracts never expire. So I downloaded and save them, other than that everything is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pandadoc solves the problem of making it simple to easily quote and close clients. The bottom line is we have seen getting paid faster by our clients.

PandaDoc - The only way I'll create proposals anymore
What do you like best about the product?
Drag-and-Drop templates, digital signing, ability to export to PDF for paper signing, analytics on document viewings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Aligning sections in the designer can sometimes be frustrating but is always getting better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to create interactive proposals that not only impress but makes it effortless to go from quote to signed contract in one workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
We've been using PandaDoc for 3 years now for our client proposals and agreements. It's ease of use and seemingly endless options to style the proposal adds to the trustworthy of our marketing agency. I am also impressed with how much PandaDoc has continued to improve the quality of their product!

It's pricey, but even at the price we pay, we still see the value in it!

I love that the proposal and contract can go together! The updates are so easy and the e-sign is also easy! My clients always mention how user friendly it is for them, which is super important to me! The customization is really important to me, as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that bothers me has been a few times when I wanted to save a proposal, but remove the client because they had decided to book someone else, and that's not an option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to make fully custom proposals for my clients that are super easy to adjust! Also, the easy e-sign helps my clients book me a WHOLE lot faster than what I was doing before!!

PandaDoc is really easy to use (SO easy) and it looks nice!! It is user friendly for both me as the business and for my clients.

One of the best features of Pandadoc is providing you to track documents with detailed analytics after sent.
You can track easily, who viewed the document, when, and how much time spent on which section of the document. The company keeps developing the software and adding new features continuously.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is almost nothing to dislike. But it would have been better to be able to add some rich media content like slideshows or other kind of interactivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Pandadoc, we are preparing and sending proposals much faster and accurate than before. It also makes our clients' life easier for signing and sending back documents. Pandadoc is a must-have tool for the overall process of proposal management.

The ease of use and the simple UI make it so easy to send sales agreements and offer letters

Templates can be difficult to set up and many time easier to just upload a pdf

speeding up the process of singing on a new customer, signing a nda as well as the hiring process. esignature make every part of the process easier and the document analytics are very helpful

Bespoke Proposals
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to create bespoke and easily customisable documents which can be used either for fee proposals or professional reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am now moving away from the software for our quoting processes as its double effort as we use our integrated invoicing software now for this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I will be looking at new ways to use pandadoc going forward as currently, it has become slightly surplus to requirements. I had been promised a detailed look at the software and how it could be used for my business, however, this never happened.
PandaDoc is good... with a few minor tweaks it could be great!

Easy to update and send proposals. We like the ability to collaborate on proposals.

The UI is very finicky. I need more design control and when I make changes to color and font sizes... I need them to work.

The functionality of the system and the ability to track our customer interaction is excellent. The standard templates have saved us a lot of time along with the library of items that we uploaded.
We have been able to upload multiple documents and the added features they bring out only enhance the experience of using PandaDoc.

What do you dislike about the product?
The main one is that when we win an order we want to be able to export the cost tables and then use this as part of contract management report, this function is not available yet.This is not an estimating system, please don't think it is, you will still need to provide excel sheets etc.

The main aspect is speed, we have been able to service more customers with accurate proposals.
