Effortless and Effective for Client Agreements
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to set up PandaDoc and get started without any hassle. Sending agreements to clients is a breeze, and the simplicity of the process ensures quick client responses. It's straightforward to use for document signing, which fits my needs perfectly. I also appreciate PandaDoc's seamless integration with Google, enhancing my workflow effortlessly. The simplicity of PandaDoc makes it a product I would gladly repurchase.

I find it really easy to send agreements to clients for DocuSign, where they read, sign, and return them effortlessly.

PandaDoc helps me save time when creating and sending proposals and contracts. Digitizing signatures and centralizing documents makes the process more efficient and reduces errors.
Robust Functionality and Secure Signing with PandaDoc
What do you like best about the product?
I find it very easy to use PandaDoc to upload and edit documents. The ability to include multiple signers and send copies of the documents is extremely useful, which avoids confusion and reduces errors in the signing process. Additionally, it helps me keep a detailed record of when and who signed, generating a repository of all signed letters and preventing impersonations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found that at first it was a bit difficult for me to understand the PandaDoc menu. I think it would be useful to add email tracking features, so that the email subject has a reference to the exact document being signed.

PandaDoc helps maintain a secure record of signed letters, preventing signature forgery and simplifying the inclusion of multiple signers without confusion.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate PandaDoc's ease of use and seamless integration with Salesforce. Monitoring document activities is incredibly valuable to me. The custom approval paths feature enhances our order form processes, which would otherwise be slow without PandaDoc. Setting and tracking document approvals is straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it challenging to change who is supposed to sign the document more easily. This aspect could be improved to make the signing process more efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find PandaDoc solves document editing issues, speeds up order form creation, and facilitates approval process and monitoring, boosting efficiency. Additionally, its integration with Salesforce and ease of use are significant benefits.
Fantastic tool for sending commercial proposals to customers
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc offers several features I appreciate, including the ability to require a real signature rather than an automatically generated one. This is particularly important to me, as it helps ensure the validity of contracts or proposals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Verifying a contact can be quite challenging, but this step is important to ensure that the signer of a document is actually the person with the signing authority.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With PandaDoc, I can send contracts and proposals to my customers and get the signed documents returned, all without needing to meet face-to-face. This brings a significant time saving.

I think it is quite user friendly and great functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish when I went to submit/ send the contract, it prompted me to update/ choose the expiration date.

Intuitive and Professional Proposals with Minor Improvements Needed
What do you like best about the product?
I love the intuitive and easy setup of PandaDoc. It makes creating complex proposals a breeze. Our proposals look professional, and it's easy for customers to review, print, share, and revise them, helping us close more deals. The document templates feature is especially useful, streamlining our proposal process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the spell checking capabilities of PandaDoc inadequate and in need of improvement. Additionally, the revision control is not as robust as I would like; it's too easy to accidentally overwrite templates, and once a mistake is made, reversing it is very challenging. These issues complicate the document preparation process and can lead to errors that are difficult to fix. But this can be overcome with a little patience and care to detail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find the product enhances the professionalism of proposals, making them easy for customers to review and sign, thus improving our deal closure rate.
Come a long way, but still room for improvement
What do you like best about the product?
The design functionality has come a long way since I started building statements of work in PandaDoc seven years back. The platform is user friendly for our signers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting leaves something to be desired, especially as it relates to building and saving custom reports. Also frustrated that SSO, a valuable account security control, is locked behind a paywall in the form of forced upgrade to higher tier accounts.

Solves the need to virtually provide prospects and existing clients contracts to easily sign.

I CNAT EVEN START TO TLEL YOU BC IT USED TO BE YOU NEEDED TO GO TO A PRINT SHOP TO PRINT SOMETHING OR HAVE YOUR OWN PRINTER THEN EITHER TAKE A PIC OR SOMETHING BUT THIS HAS BECOME A ONE STEP SHOP VERY GOOD
