My Experience with PandaDoc

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is very easy to use without all the trial and error. No learning curve, jump in and get the e-docs done in no time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything I don't like about this platform. If you can revive an expired doc that would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need our proposals signed quickly and easily and PandaDoc does that with ease

I can notarize from anywhere. The service is fast and cheap.

Great tool - with a learning curve

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc has tons of functionality for creating + managing proposals. It's very easy to work with a range of templates (400+!), or create from scratch. They have dynamic fields, which is helpful for contracts etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Firstly, there is a bit of a learning curve. The range of options and menus can be overwhelming. Definitely not a plug-and-play option. Also, the pricing/packages was surprising. It's a huge price jump from the basic to business - but the business includes options I would consider 'basic' - like a content library.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a proposal software that would allow me to create unique and attractive proposals - without diving deep into design. I also appreciate the site's detailed analytics: if the client opened the document, how long they spent on each page, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Free and has all the features I need. There are no Caps on usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I really didn't see anything I didn't like there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Driving down to my clients to get signatures. Not having to have them take pictures and scans and wait for emails or faxes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease after watching the instructional videos, all topics were covered, leaving little questions to be asked.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is new, so I am not accustomed to any problems, but I do see plenty of potential
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am notarizing online, the ease and surety is are available and of course you are in the comfort of your home
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Once you get the flow, notarizing has not become any easier

What do you like best about the product?
I have used LiveNotary and find the platform easy to use and reasonably priced compared to other competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
They could use more training and support vidoes to assist without contacting support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My clients are able to contact me from anywhere in the world to get their documents notarized. This is a huge convenience to them.

Estate Planner Loves LiveNotary

What do you like best about the product?
Once I got up to speed, this quickly became my preferred method of estate planning document execution after the pandemic. Good UX/UI, intuitive functionality, ease of use for even the most technologically challenged.
What do you dislike about the product?
LiveNotary is still in development and sometimes I get on the platform and things have moved around. I don't mind that for me, but my elder clients can get a little lost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LiveNotary has allowed my estate planning firm to become completely virtual. I have been able to survive the pandemic and make my life more mobile as a result.

Agent tools are not easy to remove (oops)

With Covid we are able to perform remote notarization for employees and clients. I do not use it for the general public, only for our business needs
