Saved my business
What do you like best about the product?
Not spending hours copying creating proposals over and over
What do you dislike about the product?
The text editor is not super intuitive...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automate our proposal creation process. We reduced the time to create 1 proposal from 1.5 hours to 10 minutes.
This is the perfect software for electronic documentation.
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is so easy to use. It was quick to set up and integrate into our CMS; now all our team needs to do is click a few buttons to send professional, branded, consistent documentation to our clients every time. I cannot recommend PandaDoc enough. We used some basic web coding for spacing when setting up the documentation; otherwise it was drag and drop with typical WYSIWYG features for text editing and image inserting.
What do you dislike about the product?
We send our completed paperwork to another team to wrap up our process. I wish completed documentation didn't require everyone on that team to have seats to download it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc has made it possible for us to collect customer information that would have normally been collected and saved into our CRM. Now we're able to collect it via a PandaDoc form and connect that to our CMS. It's saving us from creating and storing that information were we don't need it, with the ability to download a PDF and send it to the team that needs the records. We're able to send complex pricing on contracts without recreating them in complicated design software, testimonials with signatures, and so much more.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This software is a full package when it comes to integrating with a CMS, sending and receiving documents, and easy to set up and use. Watch the one-hour training, watch their youtube videos, and reach out to their support if you have questions. We have some users who hate all things technology, but even they find this easy to use and send documents. I can't recommend it enough!

Getting our documents signed from our clients without having to visit them.

I have tried other services as well but Pandadoc has been the best i have come across, it is so easy to use for myself and my clients.
Premium Features and Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The free version is slick and professional, containing features that equal or even exceed the experience found in costly solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to set a regional date format by default rather than having to remember to change it each time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to obtain review and authorisation signatures in a socially distanced way, whilst in covid lockdown I can process documents with colleagues from our own locations.
A document process that is fully customizable to work with your needs
What do you like best about the product?
We really like that we can change documents on the fly as we need.We occasionally have to update one or two things on a document before we send it and that is fairly simple to do. We also can send the documnet for multiple signatures and make the document route in a specific direction. We can also track the flow and assist with completion as needed. We love that we can send document links as a group of links in an email OR we can send a single document at a time through the PandaDoc platform. We use the later method when we need to assist a person that is a little more challenged with completion of electronic documents and forms. We can login and follow along to veryify where they may have issues or questions and then guide them to the correct completion of the required elements of each document sent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that Panda could create blocks with certain things required. i.e. a block that ONLY allows for a Social Security Number, email address, birthdate, etc. (not just a text field). Also adding blocks that can be more "radio button" style where you can only check one item in a list in that section. I would also like to see the ability to "login" as a person to complete documents and have the system save that info and add it to the documents as you pull them up to complete. It would also be nice to have it use smart logic to complete the fields named the same, i.e. once I type in my name once, it shoudl fill that in throughout the documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a way to quickly send the required documents to the people that need them (i.e. we can send an email with links to multiple documents, all in one message). This aides in people completing the documents in a more timely fashion and allows for a certified signature which can be used for a ton of other applications.
The certified signature is a big deal as well. We have to have certainly documents signed and this allows for a quick and easy way to get them signed and back in our files without having to wait for a phisical signature.
We can also send the documents to people directly, out of Panda, and watch the progress as they complete the forms. This allows us to verify what fields are complete and what are missing, we can then assist with completion when needed and can verify they have completed all the required elements as needed.
The certified signature is a big deal as well. We have to have certainly documents signed and this allows for a quick and easy way to get them signed and back in our files without having to wait for a phisical signature.

I would certainly recommend PandaDoc to anyone wishing to manage Electronic Document Signatures' cost with the ease of set-up. The system is fairly easy to get going and the support team is there every step of the way to get you up and running.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc integrates seamlessly into our systems of record, is highly user-friendly — for our Operations team, GTM reps, and customers. The team is always accessible and receptive to feedback for the Product - the feature releases are reliable and meet our needs every time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is additional functionality we'd like to see around:
- Reporting (e.g. average time to approve contracts, number of times contracts are resubmitted for approval)
- Additions to the Salesforce integration (e.g. mapping the pricing table back to opportunity products)
- Workflow enhancements (e.g. ability for users to make simple modifications without resubmitting a contract for approval)
That said, I'm confident the PandaDoc team is probably working on these already!

PandaDoc is a great tool for Educators and other Professionals
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to share and sign important paperwork for professionals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike very little, but sometimes check boxes will not align perfectly with the check box on the PDF. It's a very minor issue

I am able to safely and securely send and receive important document for signing.

Uploading documents, sending documents to be signed, confirmation of signing, and downloading signed document has been made easy with the use of PandaDoc.
Fantastic Software
What do you like best about the product?
Super user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing! Great for internal users. Great experience for customers. Makes setting up autopay and collecting implementation fees simple. Implementation team at PandaDoc is great as well! ROI on cost is definitively there.
What do you dislike about the product?
The review/redline functionality isn't great. Comments don't link to a segment in the document and it notifies the internal user per external comment or vice versa...could use some work. BUT...they're working on it!

Submitting proposals. Collecting payment information. Getting signatures.
Easy to Use and Looks Nice
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and modify as needed. I can add in different pages for each different quote I make, which allows me to tailor quotes for my client's specific industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, if I'm trying to delete one block or one line of text the system thinks I want to delete the entire page. Luckily, there is an undo button, but it's still can be annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our pricing varies per quote and needs to be manually adjusted each time which is easy to do with this tool. It allows you to save templates, too, so it doesn't always have to be manual. I make a couple of quotes each day, so ease of use is important and flexibility is important for us. It also looks nice and is professional.
