Excellent and user-friendly tool
What do you like best about the product?
I find the UX/UI extremely well though-out and the tool is easy to use. I've never had any complaints from my customers that they don't get how to use or sign the documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Haven't find any flaws so far at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An easy and fast way to create digital signable documents for my customers.
Amazing Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
It's an amazing tool. Helped me to make a proposal in 30 minutes, which ought to take 3/4 hours otherwise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Umm.. Nothing just some of the functionalities are little challenging to understand or to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been making proposals to be sent to clients using their templates.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the clean UI that PandaDoc uses and the interface is pretty easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't as many integrations as I would like but this has more to do with the applications that are part of our workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Pandadoc for the electronic signature of tax documents.

Yana -Customer Support Team.
Yana quickly responded to my Support Message describing my problem with the images missing on the documents. I was very impressed with the proactive approach and communication with me. Issue was resolved in a reasonable amount of time and i was notified that all was good to go! BRAVO Yana and Team! I know things happened that can catch us by surprise, You all did great !! Thank You for your epic service!!!

There wasn't anything I didn't like. The platform not showing the images was a minor inconvenience that quickly resolved

My ability to create consistent proposals is amazing!
PandaDoc is a easy tool to make a flashy quotation for a good first impression.
What do you like best about the product?
It is an easy way to custom your documents, you dont need a designer.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can work faster. If you work on a large quotation it takes long to load.

I wouldnt call it problems, but it helps us to give our customers a quick insight of what they can expect from our product.

Its an easy tool that helps you to give your customer a good impression of the product you want to sell.

What do you like best about the product?
All of the steps to PandaDoc are very clear and easy. All of the individuals I work with can access easy via email. Much simpler than other "my chart" applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning, I was getting a lot of emails from PandaDoc, but then I was easily able to change my settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My organization needs a lot of legal signatures for documents and treatment to be valid. We also need documents and sharing to be HIPAA compliant and an audit trail. PandaDoc gives us all of that.

I would recommend using Panda Doc for any needs for electronic signatures and filling out documents.
Pandadoc is so easy to use and very affordable.
What do you like best about the product?
I have tried other e-sign sites before, but it gets very tedious to paste and it gets very messy. Pandadoc is so much user friendly and very affordable for what I need. I would definitely recommend 👌 and their customer service is very prompt and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much dislike, so far very pleased with the service. It is straight to the point and user friendly. If I have questions on certain functions, Panadoc customer service online has been very helpful to assist me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can see right away when documents are sent and when costumers are stuck on certain pages. I also love that you can save templates on there. If I am on the go, and using another device, i don't have to worry to find by blank contracts because i have thr templates on PandaDoc. Overall, so happy I don't need to use printer and scanners to have customers to sign back.

It is very user friendly and if you need help, they have a live chat agent to guide you.
