Very easy e-doc software
What do you like best about the product?
I like the signature page. It is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
So many emails especially when you have multiple signers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting documents signed when we can't meet in person (Covid).

The website software is easy to use and you get great looking documents.
Easy and efficient way to obtain signatures securely
What do you like best about the product?
This app was invaluable as we transitioned to telehealth services and needed to have authenticated signatures which were easily sent through email and I would automatically receive the signed copy to download. I also appreciate that the app stores the completed documents. I love that the free version does everything I need for business authenticated signatures.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first I did not like getting an email every time a document was completed, but then I was able to turn that feature off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any of my clients have been able to easily follow an email link to complete their signatures with no further instructions or assistance.
A must have tool to succeed in business!
What do you like best about the product?
What I like is the ease of use and the seamless integration for payment gateways. It has solved the biggest issues for my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Pandadoc should have a call center to take calls from customers, but other than that no complaints!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed my sales rep to have a form to enable them to close business right on the spots and Pandadoc not only has that but I was able to integrate with my merchant account in order to get paid right away!

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and super user-friendly when sending it to parties to sign.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have many dislikes. I guess the only thing I don't like is using the autofill feature. Sometimes it autofills fields that are not correct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc allows me to send contracts electronically without scanning and emailing them. I've become much more efficent.

I like the ease of signing documents electronically and sending them to other participants to sign electronically.

I truly do not dislike any functions of PandaDoc.

Because of COVID, many of our documents had to be signed electronically.
Perfect for electronic signatures
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. I have tried different apps for electronic signatures, and for me, Panda knows it all. Multiple addressee, reminders, templates. All for free! I definitely will continue to use it.

None, I definitely will continue to use it.

Ability to quickly upload our existing PDF agreements and distribute them for acceptance

Template creation is a little clunky, would benefit from more tutorials

Great for Business Use
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is easy to use and quick to figure out. I can sign a document needed by a client in just a minute or two, making it as efficient as possible to keep things moving.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of much I don't like about it.

We're solving the issue of getting documents to people in an increasingly digital age. Especially with Covid, it's much rarer to be able to hand a client or vendor a hard copy. PandaDoc makes it easy to overcome this obstacle - and now we can send documents whenever, from wherever.
My job is so much easier and efficient since I've started using it to send documents to clients.

I love the simplicity when learning and using PandaDoc.

I can't think of anything I dislike about it.

My problem was getting signatures on official documents despite COVID-19 social distancing regulations from my company. But this has completely solved this problem.
