A professional, practical & efficient solution
What do you like best about the product?
Creating professional e-docs, quotes, contracts inc graphics and multimedia links, digital signatures, connects to CRM, analytics
What do you dislike about the product?
Xero integration for sales contracts works fine for single transactions, but the scope for improvement in raising deposit invoices at time of contact sign off and balance invoices on a fixed date prior to X date in contact would be a great feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication of information to customers, partners, clients – professional, also analytics are used to manage our time more efficiently.

Dont rush it, it takes time to understand how to use, suggest a minimum 90 day period to get use to it.

- Ability to upload PDFs and make them part of the document.

- Inability to upload new fonts. Especially Arabic ones. The solution currently doesn't support Arabic which limits the scope of our proposal with some clients in KSA & Kuwait.
- Inability to have betters views & control of proposals. The solution lacks the macro view of all proposals.

Packs a Punch with great features
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature is the ability to have a signing order for the signators.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the free version has a lot of great features some of the paid ones I would use infrequently. In addition, some agencies that receive the PandaDoc are unable to sign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving client interaction during the pandemic and this has enhanced my business reach.

The tool is user friendly, of immediate understanding, flexible and basic functions are free.

Nothing. It is perfect for my purposes.

Signing electronically faster without printing, signing scanning
Quickly send contracts, set signing order, nudge buyers to sign
What do you like best about the product?
Quickly tag signers to the fields they need to sign. Setting signing order - I think it's important to send agreements that have already been signed by the service guarantor. Once you get a verbal to move forward, sometimes contracts end up below a number of other emails. Being able to put a PandaDoc at the top of their inbox is important.

It's not a platform a lot of people are familiar with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reminding signors to execute agreements speeds up the signature process. Document analytics are also beneficial. Knowing someone viewed my agreement shows they reviewed the agreement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
PandaDoc checks all the boxes for an e-signature tool and at a fraction of the cost of other tools. Their customer support is also excellent. As a growing company, you don't get lost in the shuffle. Feedback is important and PandaDoc listens to what you have to offer.

First off the customer service is there, its always very quick to reach someone when you need help within the app.
User friendliness of the software, it's really not difficult to navigate around.
Optimised for multi-languages. I need to send contracts in English and French, and having the navigation and instructions for signature in the appropriate language makes a lot of sense.
Taking payments within the agreement with Stripe is HUGE. Really helps us to get things going faster.
Expiry dates on agreement. I really like to be able to set expiry dates and reminders which this software does easily.

I only have a few small annoyances, but then again every software will have this.
-Approvals: I don't like that if I enabled approvals, me as the admin need to always approve my own agreements... a little ridiculous.
-Payments: I find it annoying that I need to enter an amount in EVERY contract rather than be able to program we take 50% of the amount entered in a specific field.

Fast and efficient way to quote, and you can make modification on the fly without too much work.
My bilingual customers can view the agreement in the language of their preference which was a big issue with other solutions.

Best software for proposals
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy tool to create proposals and manage documents approval.
What do you dislike about the product?
Library is helpful but it should be easier to copy and paste sections

Sending proposal to clients. Having a good overview over the amount of revenue we will be expecting for the following years.

What do you like best about the product?
Pandadoc is easily accessible for people to upload and electronically sign documents via e-mail and links. I didn't require any instructions on how to use it- it's very self-explanatory. It does a lot of the work for you and remembers emails that you've sent documents to before so it makes the process even faster. It allows me to send various types of paperwork used in the educational setting. I am able to easily remind people to sign their part of the document via email or link.
What do you dislike about the product?
That the ability to access the documents expires after a few months. I would like to be able to access my documents for a longer period of time for my records incase I forget to download them or one person on the document forgets to sign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Signing documents electronically and having people fill out paperwork without being face-to-face. It makes signing documents electronically quick and I can do it across different platforms rather than just email (I can share it via link in virtual classroom settings such as classdojo).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend using it, it's very easy to use and straightforward. Makes the process of signing documents electronically a lot easier.

I like how automated templates can be made to input all relevant information before sending, this allows time to be saved

We use pandadoc and hubspot together to allow our crm process to run smoother when it comes to contracts and payment

Please use PandaDoc, it helps massively with customer booking and contracts as well as a range of other features

Pre-built tempaltes make it super simple to complete - integration with Hubspot means its even easier and most of the work is done for you

Not being able to mark a document as complete if it is signed outside of pandadocs
