Great Tool! Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I love that we can quickly send electronic forms to our clients to fill out. The forms are fairly easy to make and the customization of them is wonderful. I like that we can both capture a screenshot and upload it as well as save them and use them over and over. I like having the footer and header section, which has been very useful in my use of the tool. I do see several training opportunities come through, I just have not had a chance to use them yet. Considering I have had about zero training, it is a very easy tool to use. I also like the culture of the company. I can see the culture come through via the emails that are sent out, a little funny and sarcastic is totally up my personal ally but I do wonder if some would find it a little unprofessional.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of options and I need more training but PandaDoc has provided options, I just have not had time! I have had a little bit of hard time-making tables and having it show up the way I would like it to but honestly, a little training would go a long way. I have had some trouble in deleting some of the documents I made during testing but I am almost positive that that is an easy fix and not something I am super concerned about at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assigning sections and sending electronically removes the hassle of uploading and downloading documents and making sure everyone has an accurate version to open.
Designing personalization
What do you like best about the product?
The reason I like PandaDoc is that I can easily design personalized proposals. The ease of use is amazing as well. I can collaborate with my team to design something that fits the needs of potential customers. I also love the tracking and electronic signatures.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing that I have found to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that I can custom design every proposal. Not all customers are alike. I'm able to use a variety of design elements, allowing me to create unique proposals that speak to my potential customers.

What do you like best about the product?
the easy flow of work on the PandaDoc website and how it navigates you and your customer to complete the require fields. It's very user friendly and makes its very easy for every age group to complete the requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it does not support some word documents & that in turns make the process to be done few times to get the correct document to be uploaded to send to customer.

Customer signatures, dates and documents that needs to be filled out by them

Not being able to edit a document after its been sent.

Having used two other e-sign providers over the last 15 months, PandaDoc is by far the best platform i have used.

Amazon tool for document editing
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about PandaDoc is the ease of use. The UI is simply amazing.
Also the fact that whenever someone is viewing the document, signing or completing it, it's easy to track.

What do you dislike about the product?
I should get an option to have editable PDF so that at times when I have to make a minor edits in the document, I should be able to do it easily instead of uploading a new doc all together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To send business proposals for e-signature via multiple stakeholders.
The benefit is it has increased my productivity and efficiency as I am able to get my business proposals/agreements and legal docs done very quickly.

If you are looking for a software that can help you get your proposals, agreements or legal docs signed quickly and efficiently then don't have second thoughts, just go ahead with PandaDoc.

Well designed, effective, popular with clients
What do you like best about the product?
It's quick and easy for me to put together visually appealing proposals for clients. I started using video explainers within proposals, which clients love, and I can quickly put out detailed proposals that clients can customize and sign.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with PipeDrive could be better, unable to pull statistics on products and how well they sell, sometimes customizing templates can be a little prescriptive and challenging. We also have recurring and non-recurring costs, and it's difficult for me to easily outline these costs in my proposals so I've had to find a way to do it myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a client sign a document increases buy-in and is a clear indication of what we're working on and what they're agreeing to. I like that people can view a document in the browser that can be updated, versus chasing down old PDFs. It also allows me to quickly see what projects I've bid on and have a clear understanding of where my priorities need to be. Puts a professional foot forward for the company.

If you're looking for an easy and well designed way to manage proposals and complex pricing offers I highly reccomend PandaDoc.

I need electronic signatures in my real estate job quite often. Panda doc gets the job done like everyone else only for way less.

It has it's own minor details to get used to if you are comparing it to the big name brands but it certainly saves me money and gets the job done in about as much time.

It’s easy to use and has a very helpful dashboard.

Nothing yet. I’ve been using it awhile and haven’t found anything I don’t like.
