Makes freelance life way easier
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can create a seamless experience for my clients from proposal, to contract, and ultimatel getting paid. I also appreciate that I can track how and when clients have interacted with my documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish editing the templates were a little easier. Sometimes it's difficult to edit something that seems simple or it can be confusing to find where to edit a particular section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc gives me more time back in my day to focus on my design work instead of spending time creating static proposals and contracts. It also makes the review, signing, and payment process so much easier for my clients which helps get my projects in motion faster.

PandaDoc is absolutely terrific for our needs
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can generate a link to send to my contract recipients rather than just rely on the email being sent from outside of my domain. I also love how text/signature fields auto-align on my documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that PandaDoc would allow for multiple signers in their free version, but I suppose that if they gave all features in a free version, there'd be nothing for them to sell.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc provides an excellent way for me to send contracts out for signature. I find it to be more user-friendly than even DocuSign, which comes at a higher cost.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a fast and efficient platform to get set up and rolling. Very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features behind a paywall, however the freemium version is fantastic!

Digital contracting
Super Easy, Neat and Gets the Job Done at lightening speed.
What do you like best about the product?
I am in love with the product's simplicity, ease of use and no BS (i.e push for upgrades like many other softwares).
What do you dislike about the product?
Absolutely nothing. I think PandaDoc is super neat and gets the job done !

It helps me create contracts with lightening speed.
A great tool for signing important documents.
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, and intuitive. Automatic tracking on viewing, and signing of the document. The report on every step is sent to your inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about PandaDoc.

An electronic signature that is certified and trusted.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the price. Allowing 5 free documents per month is perfect for my purposes. Easy to use and understand, I'll keep using it for a long time!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to place signature/initials etc. The copy and paste feature is lacking which really hurts this otherwise great product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This means I don't have to drive 45 minutes to sign leases with tenants, and lets them review documents and sign when convenient, rather than having to read while we are together. Saves time!

I am glad to see that PandaDoc is helping people gain valuable knowledge about contracts and company procedures through written records. PandaDoc has shown a rapid pace of very strong features, which will undoubtedly accelerate the development of virtual discussions. It has a reliable set of tools to coordinate the delivery of high quality contracts to clients. The group has a recognized proficiency in contract negotiation and execution. I have been able to streamline my document preparation and transmission process with the help of PandaDoc's automation features. This has allowed me to focus on other aspects of my business operations. It's great because it has improved the quality of documents using a proven method.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is very user friendly. With no prior use you can easily navigate to create your document. The upload of word documents and ability to add signatures, text boxes,date fields etc is a great feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any difficulties as of now. I am a fairly new user within the last 3 months.

Easy to send documents our for signatures with outside contractors.

What do you like best about the product?
There are other programs that work just as well
What do you dislike about the product?
Once they get you on to their program they add extra charges for things that they don't speak about in the high pressure sales process. We been using for sometime and out of the blue we get an big invoice for our Saleforce connection.
