Great and Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I love how functional it is and how it is very easy to drag and drop fields.
What do you dislike about the product?
Kind of expensive but worth it in the end

Getting e-signatures. Streamline business.
Makes it easy to stay organized and also a workflow of proposal to invoice

Being able to filter out quotes via status.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything however I use wix as a platform & CRM would be cool if you integrated!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Higher conversions because I can simply pull up quotes. I come from a paper method which was unorganized. Mobile app is convenient too

Customization of the document. It is great!

Not much to dislike. I think it is a great tool!

Documents use to be in our files and hard to customize and track. panda does that all for us.

What do you like best about the product?
Their customer service is excellent and the software is intuitive. I would definitely recommend this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like if the IT people could jump on your computer like within web sites like Vista Print (vistaprint.ca) I would recommend someone from IT go on to design a business card and ask for help via their IT it would be so amazing if Panda Docs could Jump on your computer to show you what they are talking about in the chat window.

Editing made easy on PDFs

It does what it says and after a short learning curve of how to use the software it is worth it.

What do you like best about the product?
This product is easy to use and offers an intuitive solution to proposals and quoting. I found PandaDoc to be the easiest software to onboard new employees with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation of new features can lag behind demand. However, this is expected with all software products, as features are far easier to suggest than they are to implement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are utilizing PandaDoc to overcome most of the challenges we have faced with COVID-19. Our client base tends to be on the older side and lack a bit of technological know-how. PandaDoc has made signing of proposals an absolute breeze.

If any documents in your business need e-signatures or would be considered redundant, PandaDoc is the software for you.
Easy to use / flexible/ professional proposals
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc makes creating a professional proposal with different types of content (video/graphics/text) easy. Creating templates and documents is pretty straightforward and not time consuming.
What do you dislike about the product?
PandaDoc is pretty flexible already, but there could be even more flexibility in the Editor tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to create more professional proposals than we were before, which improve our brand and enhance our sales efforts, allowing us to standout from the competition.
Great eSignature System
What do you like best about the product?
Working in sales having an intuitive systems that quickly gets documents into clients hands ready to sign is important. This system is easy to use, rarely see any kind of glitches, and signing/forwarding is very easy on the client side.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes documents end up in spam filters but it is rare and unlikely a pandadoc issue
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Actively controlling signature process - contracts and be reviewed, and I can monitor who has looked at it, when it is complete and route for processing all from one place.
An alternative to DocuSign

Unlimited document uploads as listed at free account
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited free account features, cannot add collaborator at free account

PandaDoc has solve my online document e-filling & sign very easy than before
Recommendations to others considering the product:
PandaDoc is a good alternative of DocuSign for single use, but doesn't fit for team collaborations.
My readers love PandaDoc. No more stupid document.

PandaDoc gives you the most essential documents to start a company, draft a contract, setting up terms & policies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really hard to tell. Perhaps they can provide more case studies around the importance of legal documents.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to have clients complete the documents I send them. I was struggling heavily with compliance and now it's up by almost 70%.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the difficulty with attempting to delete a document that is no longer relevant.

I love how easy getting all my needs for treatment plans immediately solved and how quickly I can send them out.

If you need client's to respond to treatment plans and other documents then this site is perfect!
