Using it all day every day, and frankly there's nothing easier.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of assigning fields to myself and others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Signing orders cause problems at the best of times, and not being able to change the order after it is sent is slightly annoying
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I send documents across the country daily, and because of this online platform, I am able to get people registered for school, without the wait of postage.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend building lots of templates, if that's the type of business you do. Keep them ready to go so that you never find yourself behind.

Simple layout, easy to modify, seamless sending.

The amount of copied templates can get out of hand if you let them.

Best proposal builder I have used
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, customize for our needs. We have used other proposal builders and PandaDoc was the superior experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. At the time there was not an integration between PandaDoc and our CRM (HubSpot). But I believe that has since been developed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc allowed us to create continuity and consistency in our sales process, as well as keep a centralized record of our client agreements.
Great Document Software
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature is that fact that it keeps logs of customers for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
the expiration notifications are a little annoying but can be turned off

Sending and receiving e-contacts, also helps we track my sales pipeline.

Some out of the box functionality needs, but creative work around are always present.

CPQ, financial modeling- sales reps love it because it's so easy to use, and helps standardize our contracts.
Easy working with PandaDoc
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is an amazing tool that had helped me in managing my complex documentation and provide a platform where I can focus more on working rather than waiting time in exporting the documents. It is very use friendly application and provide ease in renters working. Now when I do not hesitate plans the meetings because I know I can deduct generate documents through PandaDoc. Further my sales team is at ease and they can effecting truth they meetings into productive Sales pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cons associated with this tool includes, limited integrations, that is a hindrance in fetching the documents form other software. Also the document publishing becomes slow on its mobile application and couple of times I have noticed that it take time to start these very concerning issues and needs urgent attention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The data organization has become very simple and within few hours I deal many customers. This application has resigned the need of Bangalore maintenance of the three files, now we do not used papers to prints out the documents every time. This application is very user-friendly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I will highly recommend this tool to ask the major organizations, who have to deal with customers frequently and those which need to provide access of the documents to their team, because in remote working you cannot garb all the documents more often.
The best in class signature system. Period.
What do you like best about the product?
Template creation and native web templates (not PDF uploads) are the best two features. That can be leveraged to collect payments and a whole host of other features that make workflow automation and systemization effortless
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any downsides as of yet. I would love it if the Salesforce integration (which works well) allowed people to trigger document templates without having to be logged into PandaDoc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc has allowed us to refine our referral system (primary source of revenue) to the point that we have easily 4x our efficiency. That has led to a direct revenue impact of a 25-30% increase.
Excellent proposal software that has streamlined our sales process.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that PandaDoc has allowed me to create templates and a content library. This makes it easy for myself and other team members to create a variety of proposals quickly. It also keeps my sales team aligned with the services we provide, by standardizing our Presentations and proposals. Recently I was pleased with PandaDoc service level when we needed presentation decks converted into PandaDoc's format. Lastly and maybe it goes without saying, the ability to collect electronic signatures is critical in today's world.
What do you dislike about the product?
No serious complaints. A feature that I would like to see added is the ability to drag and drop pages in a proposal. But in the scheme of things that's a minor inconvenience.
