Since Covid has cease to be a problem, Panda Doc is a great tool and has revitalized our business process

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc integrated very well with HubSpot which is the CRM we use to manage all of our client relationships. We're able to send contracts directly from within the account records on the CRM which means our sales team can be must more effective as there is no need to jump between tools. The contact details are pulled through automatically and fields can be easily edited if necessary.
We also use PandaDoc to manage all of our internal contracts and documents. The template creator is very easy to use with a click and drag function that allows us to create very nice looking templates, all branded. The folder structure works well for us, as we have documents for all different departments. They allow us to easily find all templates and documents with ease. Overall, we're very satisfied with the PandaDoc interface.

What do you dislike about the product?
We're unable to move documents from one user to another within our account which is a little inconvenient but we have been shown a workaround to do this manually should it be necessary. Unfortunately for a large volume of documents this is impossible at the moment. PandaDoc were supportive in submitting this concern for consideration with their product team as a future development.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales team can easily send contracts through our HubSpot CRM which makes them extremely efficient and ensures they have more time managing accounts and selling. It also ensure all of our contracts are located in one place and easily accessible.
Use for work. Very helpful during distance teaching

It can be time consuming to drag so many boxes

What do you like best about the product?
Pandadoc allows for all team members to review and sign the same document virtually. The signatures are authenticated which is important for performance reviews and even IEP's. The system is very easy to use and takes just a few minutes to add the recipients and assign spaces for them to sign. PandaDoc will generate emails to you alerting you when someone has viewed the document, and signed the document. PandaDoc allows you to send reminders when people forget to sign and sends an email to you when the document has been signed by all parties. After everyone has signed the document you can download it included a page with all of the verified signatures. There is also live assistance where you are able to chat with someone to ask for help when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Users need to be careful that the document is error-free because once you send the document for signatures you cannot edit the document, If you make changes to the document you will need to resend it for new signatures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved the problem of working remotely on the same document. PandaDoc allows all members of the team to review and sign the same document. This allows for social distancing while still carrying on important school business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My advice would be to definitely utilize the help features and the live chat if you are having challenges. I have always found them to be a great resource. I personally found that it was easier to use a mouse to drag and drop the features, but others might do fine with the touchpad.

Automatic file compression would be highly valuable. Some of our proposal bounced back because of huge size. Kindly work on this

PandaDocs has helped me organize all my important client documents in one easily accessible place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I really dislike. Took me a bit of time to get up to speed, but once I did, it has made me very efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization, ease of retrieval, reminders to clients. Those top points have led to closing potential deals more speedily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Integrating Pandadoc into our process and procedures has really moved us to a level of efficiency allowing the sales force to concentrate on selling. The thoroughness helps in accounting, renewals, subscriptions. It is a great product certainly worthy of consideration to any business.

Using PandaDoc is super easy - it has a simple document creation process that allows you to generate regularly used document with the minimum amount of effort.

As it's not a full document creation software solution (i.e. Microsoft Word), it lacks some of the functionality that you get from these packages

Easy client proposal generation, with consistent layout/content and the flexibility to modify the proposal to suit the client needs easily and quickly

What do you like best about the product?
I use Pandadoc for everything - both internal and external documents. I am really fond of the ability to send proposals with embedded media. I also like the fact that, unlike some tools, it produces something that looks like a document (rather than a web page - it looks formal. Easy to use and comprehensive.

I had issues earlier, but now the Pandadoc team have sorted everything out, I acually can't think of anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has made it far easier for our small team to present a face you would expect from a larger group. We can get really first-rate proposals out fast as everything is templated and nicely set up. I like that we can produce really awesome presentations to clients, yes but we use it for cloent contracts, staff contracts and other internal documents. It is planned to become a self-service system for staff- using its forms feature for leave applications etc.
