What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how PandaDoc makes it incredibly easy to gain signatures on the agreements we send out, providing a seamless and efficient process compared to traditional PDF signatures, which often don't work as well for us. The software spells out exactly where signatures and information need to be captured on the agreements, ensuring that nothing gets left off a document, which is essential for maintaining comprehensive records. Furthermore, the ease of operation and the ability to support multiple users and facilitate signatures from various parties are significant strengths. The process of using PandaDoc was surprisingly straightforward, even with just a small tutorial; I found the navigation intuitive, allowing me to learn as I went along without much difficulty. PandaDoc's ability to consistently deliver the required information in a format that is convenient for my customers and those I solicit for signatures is something I find valuable. Additionally, the overall experience with PandaDoc has been smooth, and it remains our preferred method of obtaining signatures on contracts, which speaks to its effectiveness and user-friendliness.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish PandaDoc made it a bit easier to send out reminders for signatures on emails. This feature could be improved to enhance efficiency in document management.

I use PandaDoc to gain signatures on agreements easily, ensuring all necessary information is captured correctly, unlike traditional PDF methods, which are less efficient.
Intuitive, Effective, with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I truly appreciate the ease and intuitive nature of using PandaDoc. The setup process was straightforward and the software's clear structure helped me get started without any setbacks. I value how PandaDoc addresses my quoting problems, enabling clients to easily accept my quotes. Although I wish creating quotes was more automated, the outcome of having clients accept them commercially is satisfying. The integration with HubSpot is another standout feature for me, enhancing the connectivity and overall workflow between systems. Additionally, the activity log functionality is extremely useful as it details who accessed a document and their interactions with it, providing valuable insights. The document styling and ease of use, together with its capability of connecting with other systems like HubSpot, further highlight the benefits of using PandaDoc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the customer service with PandaDoc to be not very personal, as the representatives seem disconnected from my specific needs and operations, which I believe limits the potential effectiveness of the service. Additionally, creating quotes is currently a manual process, and I wish there could be an automated way to handle this. The challenge of automating my quotes leaves me feeling stuck, as it complicates my workflow rather than simplifying it.

PandaDoc streamlines quoting by allowing clients to accept quotes and supports e-signatures for contracts. Though creating quotes is a bit manual, the results are beneficial as they meet commercial acceptance, enhancing my workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
I find PandaDoc incredibly easy to set up, with its very simple and good guides making the process straightforward. The software’s payment and signature features in one place significantly enhance conversion rates by providing a smooth onboarding process. I particularly appreciate the clean and simple payment integration, which is a standout feature for me. PandaDoc’s compatibility with other software like Stripe and Square, as well as its ability to redirect links to banks, is amazing. Overall, everything about PandaDoc is really good, and I would 100% recommend it, rating it a perfect 10 for its efficacy and user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that some features of PandaDoc that require additional payment should not require such payments. Even when paying, for instance, $65 a month, it seems unfair to have to pay extra for certain features. I believe that the majority of features should be accessible without needing to incur further costs. This can be frustrating as it feels like I'm not getting the full value from my initial subscription.

I find that PandaDoc solves the problem of managing payments and signatures in one place, which boosts conversion rates and smooths the onboarding process.

I have been using PandaDoc for about 3 or 4 years primarily for signing contracts with my clients. I appreciate how easy it was to set up because the platform felt familiar to me. This digital solution not only eliminates the hassle of maintaining printed files but also significantly speeds up the signing process. I value the offer of unlimited contracts per year, as it allows for flexibility and scalability without unexpected charges cropping up. These advantages contribute to my decision to continue using PandaDoc.

I would prefer if we could upload contacts without any limits.

SImple integration with HubSpot, very easy UX. Well priced compared to competitors. Fast processing time

We send contracts regularly and sign a high volume of deals, and Pandadoc has integrated seamlessly with our CRM (HubSpot) and saved us hours of time when it comes to sending contracts and handing over deals
