What do you like best about the product?
It is convenient for the acceptance, especially they don't have auto sign software or a printer to print what need to sign
What do you dislike about the product?
Please simplify the steps before all documents upload and send out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
signature needs by docs. Customers need not come to the office for signature especially under present circumstance.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc allows you to use basic functions without for free which is beyond amazing! I love that there is the option to add where clients can sign and pay at the same time if you need them to do which could streamline the contract process even further.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I dislike about PandaDoc is I wish that it had the option of an e-notary service. That would greatly improve the service where legal documents require a notary signature on them. I send out forms for insurance purposes as well as cremation authorization forms and the State of Alabama requires that the cremation forms be notarized, and unfortunately that is not possible in a great deal of circumstances without a person physically coming into our office or a bank.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to send monument contracts and funeral statements of goods and services to clients for them to sign electronically without having to come into our office. With COVID-19, we are unable to meet with families who were exposed to an infected loved one face to face and when we must have paperwork signed, this gives a great alternative, as most people do not have scanners or even printers in their homes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a cheaper alternative to DocuSign or another electronic signature capture solution, look no further. I have looked for hours trying to find the best solution for the price and I have found no other as good as PandaDoc at their prices. I very highly recommend them!
Awesome platform - makes our life so much easier
What do you like best about the product?
Everything!! Features are fantastic, easy to use and intuitive. I love the catalog feature and the integrations...especially with Zendesk Sell. We use Zendesk Sell for our sales automation and pipelines. Having documents (SoW, contracts, renewals etc) managed via PandaDoc and linked to the deal or contact record in Sell is a god send. But the best thing I like about PandaDoc is their customer service. I worked at Zendesk for 8 years and now run my own partner business, Gravity CX, so I live and breath CX. The team at PandaDoc are brilliant. Thank you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much really...nothing, I got confused on the template and create new document process a few times...but apart from that nothing really.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As above. Linking the document lifecycle with the sales lifecycle via PandaDoc and Zendesk Sell is a huge win. Saving us a ton of time and making it far more efficient responding to prospects on deal / contract details.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
PandaDoc is a brilliant business tool that makes people's lives better. I highly recommend at least starting a trial to see for yourself.

Its easy to send agreements to clients and track if they have seen it.

It does not have any clear downsides for me.

For anyone needed a document signing software, its easy to set up and use. Quite straightforward.
Critical Product and Integration
What do you like best about the product?
Great integration with HubSpot to make our workflows work great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Could use some improvement on bulk sending (i.e.- getting multiple people the same forms and getting the same person multiple forms) , but I think they're working on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a workflow around getting contracts signed and clients onboarded. It's worked as expected. Being able to add other stakeholders on a contract that can view it has been very helpful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If sending out a doc to a number of people for onboarding payroll or something like that, this probably isn't best. For everything else, it is the best solution for the price.
Great Quality Service for free
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using a different company for signing our documents. It was very highly priced. PandaDoc provides the same quality or even better level of service and is completely free! We love PandaDoc. I am able to create a team, view their activities, create properties for individual labels. PandaDoc is really superior and feature rich!
What do you dislike about the product?
Just one thing - I think I receive too many notifications.

We enjoy the free service.

Its the best service available in the market and its free. It has all the features we need for taking signatures from our candidates.

Pricing Table a bit rigid, show allow for more options when it comes to pricing table.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is very user friendly. We enjoy using it as it saves us huge amounts of time.

Everything works well with pandadoc. I cant think of anything wrong with it.

We are making things more efficient by eliminating the need for constant printing and scanning to sign documents.
Great emphasis on software security on top of excellent usability
What do you like best about the product?
Attacks on web applications made up almost half of Cybersecurity breaches last year, and it is paramount that companies deal with software security appropriately. PandaDoc's attention to software security in particular will help making them more resilient, and keep our data safer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of undo feature for all functions. Also, the ability to drag blocks of content around the should be improved, as well as options to edit/crop images.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to quickly create statements of work for clients leveraging reusable content blocks. This has saved us a lot of time. In addition, it is nice to be able to track related activities.

Great product that has everything you need, and excellent security.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the layout of the temples and easy to be able to change things if there is a mess up. Easy to look up pass documents for references.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that I don't like about PandaDoc, it has been very successful for my business.

Easy to send to clients and for them to redline the documents and then I can go in and change the document.
