Great application for document presentation and execution
What do you like best about the product?
I liked that the ease of filling a form and flexibility it offers in creating text and signature fields. I like being able to send either by email or generate a link that I can embed in a text or email.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to upload multiple documents at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its a fast and easy application to execute documents.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that PandaDoc integrates with Zoho CRM, looks great (we can put in a title page, branding), has a content library and templates that cut down on the time to create a proposal, and does online signature and even payments so we can collect a project fee or deposit as part of our approval process rather than chasing down an invoice sent after the fact.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the payment functionality was a little more robust, it calls the payment piece at the end an "invoice" but it's basically some names and an amount. I would LOVE for it to create an entry in our cloud accounting system and look more like an actual invoice. Definitely not a deal breaker though!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can create proposals in less time, that get approved quicker (online signature + payment in one doc).

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that dynamic data, for example the price list of carefully selected items, is very well balanced. In the content library the "drag and drop" feature works well. You can also get a quote from your tablet or desktop easily produced and sent. n The tracking (sending reminders) feature looks and works extremely well. It's really important if you are using a template and can construct sentences right away. If you need it you'll be able to get immediate help.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's absolutely nothing to complain about. Adjusting the advice to your needs is a challenge but I think you should expect it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of thoughts we'd like to see confirmed. Combining applications with deals, electronic signatures and basic CRM capabilities is your solution ... That's just what we wanted.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make absolutely sure you also clearly described your preference of usage. This product is designed for a limited number of consumers and low complexity for small businesses. What problems it solves?

Helps with making contracts. User friendly and easy to use.

Mobile app works a little slow. I can use faster on the web page.

I was having trouble about giving offers fast. This app made me send my offers faster.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating a Personalized template document or the option to upload a personal proposal to send to one or multiple party signing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had a handful of times documents I have sent get blocked because the recipient email settings are not set up to receive panda doc so they won’t even receive an email to sign A document without changing their normal settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need for immediate call to action and ability to have documents prepared right away for independent contractors. It can be change easily from one job to the next.

I like that you can generate a document and send it out to your prospect in a fast and efficient manner. The learning curve is very slim since there are many options for the template.

I haven't had any issues using the solution so far.

Great Document System
What do you like best about the product?
how you can e-sign documents and send them throughout your company
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing so far that I dislike about the platform. This system is very user friendly and easy to use especially if you are not tech savvy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits to pandadoc are definitely being able to manage your workflow as well as have e-signatures

Get's the job done
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about PandaDoc is the integration with SalesForce. I also like how much it speeds deals up. Having customers able to use PandaDoc instead of mailing papers back and forth is a game-changer. I also the recent panda update that shows the new features and updates that they are working on and have pushed out to the public. Having clarity and transparency to the users is huge and really nice to see.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is a bit choppy and I need to reload to get it to work properly. If The app hasn't been reloaded in a while the doc settings can be moved around in the document view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to send quotes electronically to my prospects and customers instantly. Pandadoc really speeds up the process of getting deals done. Another problem we are solving by using Panda is creating quote templates quickly to be auto-filled by the SF integration and pushed out to customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The Salesforce CRM integration is great, you are able to see all the created documents under the Account view. Panda also pulls in contacts from SalesForce which is very convenient. When adding products in the opportunity field Panda doc is able to pull from those and auto-fill the quote fields in the doc.
