Easy To Use and Look Like a Pro
What do you like best about the product?
So easy to use and modify templates and documents and always looks professional. The fact that the documents a Legal and officially signed docs are saved. Accessing our Leases from anywhere anytime with ease and flexibility. Ease to input contacts and info for use and future refer is always at your finger tips.

What do you dislike about the product?
Only issue I have is that you are not able to add or change a recipient after sending a document to multiple people without having to re-send to everyone again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I operate a Real Estate Rental business and we have converted all of our leases to digital signing. We had Panda Doc set up our leases templates and they worked with us to perfect them and set up all the token which allow us to modify the same docs for different clients. Also, the fact that all signed doc's are legal docs and saved for future reference. Panda Doc has made creating, modifying and customizing our Leases for various uses and client so easy and imported the professionalism of each lease we send.

What do you like best about the product?
- The ability to have a professional-looking quoting system that is tracked when they view and fill out the form.
- Being able to easily add and remove items into the quote as well to personalise and still keep the premium look.

- When a customer wants to make one change it deletes out all their filled out fields so that they have to fill out all their details again.

I would advise to take this product onboard and make your business have a trackable, editable and professional-looking quoting system.
Good system for E-Signing
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that it allows clients to sign documents and contracts online on any device. So sometimes we have clients that come and they have their phones of course so they can just open the documents on their phones and sign right there. No need to sign up or subscribe to anything, is just simple and convenient both for us and for the client. I also like that we can put boxes and fields to be filled out by the signers. By this I'm referring to the the boxes where you can put initials for example, also the ones that says textified. Another thing that is practical is the signatures, the client doesn't have to manually sign anything, they can just click the box and Panda Doc will have a selection of signatures for them with their names.
What do you dislike about the product?
Generally speaking is a good system, if I would have to look into things or details I don't like that much it would be:
1. no phone support. There is not a number to call and that sometimes makes things difficult. You guys have a chat that is quite quick to response so things aren't that bad but it would be great if the people attending the chat could give you a call when further technical support is required.
2. Integrations with other platforms. It would be great for it to be integrated with more payment option platforms like Law Pay or Pay pal.

The fact that we don't have to print documents or contracts necessarily. Clients can just sign online and we can work our way into a paperless company. I also like that I can create templates that then are ready to go so I don;t waste time creating new contracts. I can duplicate them and work from there.

I love the integration between Hubspot and pandadoc which allows the data to flow through seamlessly

I have been using Pandadoc only for a few months now and unable to provide any constructive feedback at this point.

going from manually generating agreements and proposals to pandadoc has been great
Easy and professional proposal tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of creating proposals. I create typically around 5-10 proposals a week so having something easy and professional is very important. Previous to this we were sending emails with excel spreadsheets and this looks much more streamlined, easy to use, and gives our prospective partners a full understanding of what we do and how we can work together!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only thing I can say here is that at times, when I send a proposal, it can get stuck in my lead's spam mailbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have seen that new leads are impressed with what we offer and fully understand what goes into a partnership with us. No last minute questions or things that they missed because it encompasses all aspects of working with us!
Best Document Signing App
What do you like best about the product?
Pandadoc is just so consistent! Potential clients are never confused on what is needed to be done to complete the document. With all of the document signing applications I have used in the past I would frequently receive questions on what the recipient were supposed to do to complete the document. I am able to seamlessly incorporate items directly from my CRM into the document through Pandadoc and send it automatically to clients for their signature and payment.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really is nothing specifically about Pandadoc that I do not like, but rather the Paypal incorporation. I wish people were able to pay with paypal using credit card or bank transfer, just like they can with the other applications (such as Stripe) rather than just logging into paypal since this requires them to have an account. This is really just nitpicking as ultimately there is a workaround using a different payment app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pandadoc is my go to application for multiple stages in my process. First, I use it when sending proposals by including various products imported from my CRM straight into the document and collect both deposits and e-signatures when prospects/leads are ready to commit. I then later use it to send a final invoice and collect payment using the same details from my CRM. The payment integration is fantastic and allows me to do this easily and efficiently. This has cut down on the time needed to manually create engagement letters/invoices and collect signatures (digital or real) because Pandadoc does a great job for the user to understand what is needed to complete the document.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a document signing application then this is THE one. There are so many other useful applications that this will eliminate processes and bolster efficiency.
A Good Tool to get signature digitally
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing with this application is that we can get the digital signatures of our customers and employees without visiting them and who are located at far places, we just need to upload the document within this application and get the signature of the particular person we want.

At the beginning this application some complicated for the beginners

With the use of this application we can have the signatures of customers on the proposals and agreement we wish, which speed up the process of the deal.
