Great PandaDoc for your Documents and Signatures

What do you like best about the product?
I can consider this PandaDoc platform of great importance because it allows me to sell and have an administration more effectively apart from being able to make proposals and contracts that are sent electronically. I can also manage information libraries and product catalogs where my creation is very easy to provide the proposals. On the other hand I can optimize the information on a single platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love that PandaDoc will improve the integration with other software services. Although at first it seemed a little difficult when cutting and pasting from other documents because it is usually a bit common but I would like the process to be a little more fluid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We as a work team are using PandaDoc because it allows us to generate proposals and work statements for our clients. We find it very easy for details of the contract apart from streamlining the process for storing documents and providing us with online signatures.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Undoubtedly, we recommend PandaDoc because it allows us to generate proposals and have an excellent organization in the documents since everything can be organized in the content library and we as a team benefit a lot from sending proposals and contracts.

Customized and interactive

What do you like best about the product?
We are a small company and did not have an easy process to provide quotes for our services to clients. Panda Doc has been life changing! It allows us to pull in many different services to customize for each client's needs. Once sent, the client can change quantities and services to easily modify the quote. Panda Doc reps worked with our company to set up documents that are easy to use, save us time, and allow our clients to use interactively .
What do you dislike about the product?
While it integrates well with SalesForce, it does cause a slight delay in Sales Force as it loads the documents each time I pull up an Opportunity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-Easier quotes/contracts
-Flexible based on what each client needs/wants
-Less time for account managers to create
-More professional
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Has been a great asset for our business. Many of our users are not "tech savvy" and this was easy to adapt to and learn. Support from Panda Doc has been very good

Great electronic document management software

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, while still being customizable. I really like the ability to import and edit templates. The tokens for inserting information is also a big time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their pricing structure keeps changing, and they moved the Zapier integration from one of their lower plans to the most expensive plan. Despite feeling like the options for the Zapier integration were somewhat limiting, it still was very useful. I am a small business (startup) which can't afford to pay for the most expensive plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplifying document signature workflow. This helps me to keep all my signed documents in one place and be updated when items are accomplished which are related to the documents.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Overall, this is a very useful tool for e-signature and e-document management.

Easy and Fast

What do you like best about the product?
I like how they set it up to use the platform mobile and desktop. The platform is very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't ran into anything I didn't like. I'm still learning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I want our agency to be first to send out proposals and that makes a difference.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of PandaDoc is you can upload PDFs automatically that you want to edit. And sending it out for a signature is a simple process for all parties involved.
What do you dislike about the product?
Going back and editing signed contracts and requesting a re-signature is either not possible or I'm just not sure yet how to do it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Signatures between multiple parties is a quick and easy process.

Great for sales workflow, ungainly editor

What do you like best about the product?
I love the speed of generating a customised/perrsonal document, for signing, like a proposal or quote, once you have templates set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The editor is super unfriendly. Yes there are responsive blocks for most items (headings, text, images, video etc) but lining things up, customising heading/text colour, working with images, working with fields (at least editing after placement) are all nightmares.
Also, the pricing table is pretty restrictive. You can mostly work around it, but you have to work around it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speeding up proposals, NDA's, quotes etc. What used to take days is now minutes. Once you get over the template editing woes, and have your templates set up, the workflow from Hubspot, through to payments, and Xero, is sublime.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Set aside time to create your templates and workflows. Standardise image sizes. Have an experienced CSS developer if you want to get creative with brand guidelines and palettes.

The sender signeer option as well as the auto fill for full document
What do you dislike about the product?
The drag and drop feature for moving around sections in the document

Easy of access for client to view and print nessary documents. The benefit of being able to sent viewing deadlines and adding extra users when needed

What do you like best about the product?
We LOVE the templated and centralized approach. Emails and InDesign docs get so hard to keep track of. We were spending hours creating proposals where now it takes a faction of the time. Thank goodness for PandaDoc!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes clients will respond to the email vs responding in the app which then just starts another email chain. That's fine, but maybe not ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time during the proposal process. Also, knowing when they viewed the proposal is HUGE.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Think about the time your saving. The cost is more than worth it.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc has helped us raise the professionalism of our sales team by providing a very secure, reliable, and flexible proposal tool that integrates well with our CRM and makes it possible to automate much of the approval process.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little rigid in its design features, but other than that, there's really not much to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc has improved our proposal quality and improved our deal tracking. Errors and double entry for deals has been reduced.
