PandaDoc is awesome

It's useful for everything I need, and their customer service it's amazing, they've helped me use the product at its maximum potential
What do you dislike about the product?
There's really nothing that I dislike, the experience has been pretty good so far
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generating invoices for clients. I have found an easier way to send proposals to clients, for them to give me their credit card information and to sign our terms and services
Beats DocuSign anyday!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, approachable UX, great mobile app
What do you dislike about the product?
The document editing feature set could be expanded on, and analytics, reminders and notifications could be made much better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contract and invoicing pipeline issues have been solved to a great extent with PandaDoc
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want a contract and invoice management tool that easy to use and looks great, then check out PandaDoc
Easy to implement and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is very easy to implement. It's very easy to create new templates when you have a finished template with all your branding you can clone.
What do you dislike about the product?
They don't have a feature to do redlines to documents. This is something that can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating order forms, contracts and proposals from within salesforce and sending them out for signature.
An amazing product, has changed the way we sell
What do you like best about the product?
This product is incredibly easy to use, and once templates are created, even the least tech-savvy users in the organization can use it easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Docs requiring approvals cannot be approved by an admin when the approver is not available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tool allows the sales team to create content-rich proposals and send them to clients for acceptance and e-signature.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have all of your contracts and proposals ready to import; take the ones that generate the most revenue and value for you (e.g. your proposal form) and take advantage of the free document creation that is part of the new customer onboarding.
Good software, needs improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Great for easily sending contracts and signing them too!
What do you dislike about the product?
Editing is meh, sometimes when you convert a doc to be editable, PD just messes it up a bit (parsing).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can send and download contracts for remote people to sign!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Docusign is easier to edit.
Good Contract Service, Could be More Customizble
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that the tokens link up to our CRM in HubSpot so we don't have to write out names, addresses, and things like that manually. I also really like knowing how long someone has looked at a document, when they've opened it, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The PandaDoc team coded a contract for our use to mimic the look of our previous contracts, and it looks great, but it is difficult to edit. It would be great if we had an easy way to have control over the customization of the documents without relying on the PandaDocs team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a safer and more secure way of handling contracts than what we used previously. I suppose that is the problem we're solving. The benefits include knowing when and how long someone has looked at the contract, where we would have no idea before.
Great at what it does
What do you like best about the product?
Makes creating templates and sending contracts easy and fast
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no easy way to void a contract or resend one. Would be nice if it had a one button void and resend options, but it's buried about 3 steps in. Only way to resend is to edit the current contract and go through 3 steps to send again, or go through 3 different steps to send the signer a "reminder" email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Changed over from DocuSign. Makes it easier to generate and costs less
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely worth looking into, makes it easy to send contracts and track progress
Good for basic document signing
What do you like best about the product?
I have experience using DocuSign, and to me they seem very similar in functionality, although PandaDoc is cheaper. We use this for all sorts of documents (contracts, implementation guides) and it's very helpful to see progress (eg. when they've viewed the document).
What do you dislike about the product?
Their upload field only allows 1 file. So, if you are uncertain how many files your recipient may want to upload, you'd need infinite upload fields, which is not appealing. Also, if you want to change a word on the document file, you have to redo all of the fields, which is very time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More insights into the progress of a document signing. Also, avoiding printed papers for signatures. Very helpful in those two regards
