Half way there
What do you like best about the product?
It's great that it helps store all of our client contracts in one place, it's been very useful and we've even built custom integrations to connect PD with our internal DB.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish clients could request or create edits directly to the contracts themselves. We've found this as a major downfall of the system..
Our clients need to redline & markup our contracts as well as pass through their law departments before final approval & signing but, this functionality isn't currently supported and because of this, we've had to go back to using Word Docx which include track changes etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Your client can sign and pay on one screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every time you make an edit before anyone signs, you have to resend the document- I wish it was a live document, like good docs.

What do you like best about the product?
We love that you can capture payment information and make it viewable to only the accounting department. Also, the signature capture has shaved weeks off of our process. We have this integrated with Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the design is a little wonky - certain things aren't as user friendly to design as you would think it should be and you have to get a Pandadoc expert to look at it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining payment and also efficiency in capturing signatures.

What do you like best about the product?
Overall, Pandadoc is definitely a great product. It has made the process of writing, sending and signing proposals very simple. I also like the fact that they are stored in one place just in case I ever need them again.
It isn't very buggy and works smoothly most of the time. However, there are a few features I would love for them to add.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the templates don't offer much flexibility and options. Working with tables is frustrating in some parts and I wish it was an easy popup with options over the table instead of the side table.
I would also wish for more collaboration tools and a cleaner email that the client gets when receiving the proposal.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love being able to quickly, write professional looking proposals. It is easy to share them with my partners before sending to clients. I also love the clean presentation when the client opens the proposal to sign.

If you are looking to streamline your proposals and quickly sign clients, Pandadoc will be of great help.
Works quite well, and saves me a ton of time

I love how I can use and re-use templates to cut down on repetitive work when sending documents to clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some minor usability issues if you have a lot of folders or are a power-user that loves common keystrokes to move through tabular data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We love to use this tool to present estimates and contracts to vendors, employees, and contractors.

Take the time to create and thoroughly vet templates to use and re-use.
Great Product
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Panda Doc for over a year now and I couldn't be happier. I took my time to find the best template based program for my contracts. Panda Doc had the best format by far. I recommend Panda Doc to anyone who has a high volume of work. You won't have to make any sacrifice with Panda. They are also super helpful getting a new user set up. Hats off to the Panda team for setting the standard.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that their mobile app could use some work. Right now the templates do not work on the mobile app. However, the regular website is still smart phone friendly. It's by no means a deal breaker and I'm sure the Panda team is working on it.

Sending out over 25 contracts per day without having to handle paper or emails.

Pandadoc - Great e-Sign solution
What do you like best about the product?
I really like their UI and ease of use. Templates are very easy to build, and very professional looking right out of the box. The Salesforce integration is very good as well. It can automatically update Opportunities based on the document status, and automatically attaches a copy of the executed document to the Opp once it's signed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for, the functionality if top notch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are getting signed contracts back much quicker, and in turn allowing our sales people to spend more time selling.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you use a SalesForce, check out the capabilities of your e-Sig solution. Most of them charge for the integration and don't provide nearly as much functionality for a lot higher price.
Less expensive option than DocuSign
What do you like best about the product?
Pricing is better than their competitors and there are a lot of options so the system is pretty flexible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the interface confusing and touchy. For example, when you're filling in pre-set blocks with details of what a customer purchased and you click in the wrong area, then all of the blocks move around and you have to start all over again or drag and drop all of the blocks into their correct places.

Digital contracts are almost never redlined by the recipients and they're more like to sign them than if they get a PDF
