PandaDoc: simple, affordable, and effective even in the free version
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is easy to use, its pricing is attractive, and even in the free version, the core features are sufficient to meet essential needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s a shame that you can only send one document at a time: it uses up two credits and requires two separate actions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc allows me to quickly sign contracts with my clients, thanks to a signing certificate.
User-Friendly and Time-Saving, but Limited Free Version
What do you like best about the product?
I use PandaDoc for business contracts, and it helps keep all of my signed documents in one place and makes it easy to sign and download all documents as needed. I like how user-friendly PandaDoc is and how it keeps me organized. These features save me a lot of time. I especially like that I can send a direct link to associates that brings them to the contract to sign. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the free version allowed for more than one signer. Many contracts require more than one signature, but the free version only allows a single signer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc keeps all my signed documents organized in one place, makes signing easy, and saves me time by sending direct links for signing.

PandDoc is a good tool for our law firm, the interface is very friendly, the features are very practical, and our clients find it very easy to navigate

Haven't found anything yet, since the very beginning was very easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
The templates and customization options are great. You can customize everything and turn your documents into something that’s easy to complete in just a few quick steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to pricing, I feel it’s expensive. It might be because I’m not using it to its full potential, but even so, the price still feels high to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proposals and templating, along with the ability to send quick proposals, help improve sales wins.
Easy, Intuitive Document Signing That Impresses Customers

very easy to use, intuitive and customers are very surprised on how easy it is to sign and complete the document

I can’t resend the document—only send a reminder.

making it easy to customers to sign and having a friendly interface
Simple, User-Friendly Contract Signing That Just Works
What do you like best about the product?
It's a very simple way to create, send, and sign binding contracts and documents. We've never had a problem, never had to contact support, as everything is straight forward and user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once in a while, the autogenerated email to the signatory goes to the spam/junk folder. It's not a big deal and it's not the fault of PandaDoc, rather the recipient's email settings. That said, I usually send a direct link to ensure delivery of the e-document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It significantly cuts down the time needed to create and send documents. It also makes editing contracts fast and straightforward, which helps get contracts signed much sooner. The custom fields throughout the document are a huge help, especially for keeping everything consistent. The email reminders to signatories are helpful as well.
Seamless Integration and a Clean, Intuitive UI

Integration, UI, finding client is easy within search bar

My only gripe was fixed 2 weeks ago, so nothing negative to report.

I didn't have any problems but it makes it smoother to have all client info together.
Consistent, User-Friendly, Needs Better Organization
What do you like best about the product?
I like how PandaDoc is consistent and easy to edit. It saves me a lot of time when I'm making contracts. Occasionally, the contracts need to be edited, but they ultimately stay the same, and it's simple to go in, make the edits, and have it auto-save.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the organization difficult because everything is just all in one place, making it hard to find certain documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc saves me a lot of time by having templates ready and making it simple to edit contracts while keeping them consistent.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how PandaDoc makes the process very streamlined, quick, and simple. It's very easy to use, convenient, and user-friendly. I really value the auto-populate signature feature. The initial setup was simple, flawless, and fairly quick. We moved to PandaDoc because it offers a concise and easier-to-use service for both us and the customer, fully sufficing what we need.

I use PandaDoc for generating commercial contracts and getting signatures electronically. It makes the process very streamlined, quick, and simple.
Templates and Tracking Make Sales a Breeze
What do you like best about the product?
I like that PandaDoc is very user-friendly and has lots of features. The ECDs, you know, make generating templates and updating quotes easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just some of the little menu features. It's kinda clunky sometimes with the dates and how they work in the generator. It'll show that it's active, then when the person goes to click on it, it's actually still expired. It's not perfect, but it's pretty close.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc provides templates for Salesforce, keeping us aligned, and tracks proposals, helping us follow up as we know when they've been viewed.
