What do you like best about the product?
I like most about the PandaDoc that it is easy to use and clear interface. The ease of implementation is great because I was able to setup quickly without much technical help. It has good number of features like templates, e-signatures and tracking which I use frequently in my daily work. The ease of integration tools is quick and saves a lot of time. Also their customer support is responsive and helpful whenever I get stuck.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the pricing feels a bit high for small teams. A few advanced features take time to understand and loading large documents can occasionally be slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pandadoc solves the problem of manual paperwork and slow document approvals. It helps me create , send and track proposals digitally which speeds up my workflow and improves client response time

What is our primary use case?

PandaDoc is a game changer for our organization. We use PandaDoc to draft and submit business proposals as well as send clients our terms and conditions prior to them signing up with us as our customers. The reminder system and templatization greatly speed up the drafting and sending of these documents, and the collection of digital signatures ensures we are compliant legally. This helps us to send proposals much faster and easily keeps track of the progress and viewing of the documents by our potential clients.

PandaDoc is a great tool for sending proposals and terms and conditions to our customers for collection of digital signatures. The ability to templatize our documents and have collaborators help finish the document is invaluable. The dashboard is a game changer as it gives us one place to view all our active documents and the status of the documents.

Sending enrollment agreements is super easy, especially since PandaDoc works with HubSpot. Most of the time, I don't have to enter in numbers myself, so it makes for a much quicker turnaround.

I also love being able to change the expiration date since everyone has different enrollment deadlines. The functionality is endless and could be used for a myriad of things. Since we are able to create our own templates, it opens a world of possibility.

What is most valuable?

The best features PandaDoc offers include filling information for HubSpot, ease of use for those who are technologically challenged, and the ability to create several templates for all different instances.

PandaDoc has impacted my organization positively as it has been a game changer overall. It simplified the enrollment processes for us, created a system where all documents would be saved properly and not forgotten, and very securely. Also, it is very easy to use for both us and our clients.

Time saved creating documents and contract language has resulted in great efficiency and an excellent customer experience. We have been able to save approximately 50% of our time. I measure the 50% time savings through turnaround and quick document sending and creating through the templates.

What needs improvement?

There are not a lot of areas for improvement. However, it could have better integration with meeting tools so you can go over a proposal with clients face-to-face. It can be difficult to figure out which token to use so it can grab the information from HubSpot.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

PandaDoc is stable as there is no downtime or lagging noticed. It is very stable.

I previously used Adobe Acrobat Sign before PandaDoc. The reason why we switched from Adobe is that it is kind of complex and not so cost-effective compared to PandaDoc.

I have seen a return on investment because this tool has helped improve cash flow from the ability to collect payments. It helps me keep track of which contracts a client has signed. Templates have allowed me to both standardize proposals yet allowed rapid customization for each specific customer while saving a lot of time.

PandaDoc is a very cost-effective tool, easy to use, and very secure. I would give it a nine out of 10 overall rating. I choose nine out of 10 because it is very user-friendly and the fastest possible option, plus the confirmation of which document has been viewed and completed by our clients is a great plus. It is very cost-effective, easy to use, and the support has always been proactive and affordable.

PandaDoc is deployed in my organization in a hybrid model. The cloud provider we use with our hybrid deployment is Amazon Web Services (AWS). PandaDoc's performance and speed are very reliable and fast.

The onboarding process for new users in my team is very easy as PandaDoc is easy to learn, especially through the integration with HubSpot. All types of technical users can use PandaDoc. What is our primary use case?

My main use case for PandaDoc is that it has been a game changer, especially in my organization because it saves our sales reps hours per week on documentation. We use PandaDoc to make our sales process secure, efficient, and professional. Using the entire integration with HubSpot, our sales representatives are able to create and prefill agreements quickly and send them to customers with the click of a button. We use the two-way synchronization with HubSpot to ensure our data is flowing seamlessly. We have recently started to use PandaDoc rooms to create an even more professional buying experience for our customers, and it has been incredible.

We also use PandaDoc for sign-off on customers' contracts and to collect deposit payments, which allows us to track all quotes we have sent out and also verify customers have reviewed them and spent time on each page. It also offers a secure way for them to process payment easily.

What is most valuable?

PandaDoc offers many best features including audit trail, tracking, instant updates, customer support, ease of use, seamless integration, intuitive user interface, ease of template creation, and customizable templates.

Out of those features, we find ourselves using the customizable templates the most, which allows for a tailored document creation process based on individual needs. I also love the ability to combine multiple documents in one go, which is very effective by saving us time. Integration with HubSpot and Salesforce has been great and enhances the overall user experience, especially for the sales representatives in my organization. It makes it very easy to use for anyone in my organization.

The intuitive and user-friendly interface makes it very easy to navigate and complete the onboarding process.

PandaDoc has positively impacted my organization by being very helpful in streamlining our processes.

What needs improvement?

One area that PandaDoc needs to improve is the design of documents, which is a bit limiting when compared to something such as Word or Google Docs.

It is not immediately clear how to add custom images, and this should be improved.

Additionally, the learning curve to design documents is steep at first, but it becomes easy after a couple of designs as you get used to it.

I previously used Zoho Contracts, but PandaDoc is much easier to use and creates more professional documents than other platforms we have evaluated. It also has very handy features such as reminder emails, suggestions, and templates that we found to be more robust than other platforms. It is also very cost-effective compared to other products we have evaluated.

What was our ROI?

I have seen a return on investment, with huge time savings in drafting and sending documents to clients. Approximately thirty to fifty percent of time is saved in drafting and sending the documents, and I also love the easy-to-view dashboard that saves time in checking the status of any documents and provides insights such as clients' views versus signs. We are able to guide our clients on where to sign and what to do. It has also streamlined the editing and back and forth of documents with clients, as you can turn on suggestions for clients to make changes if required.

It really helps that you can templatize your documents and have collaborators help you finish the document for you. The dashboard is also a game changer as it gives you one place to view all your active documents and the status of the documents. You can even use this to collect payments as it seamlessly integrates with other software such as QBO.

It has been a great tool that helps us send proposals much faster and easily keeps track of progress and viewing of the documents by our potential clients while maintaining a professional look. I give this product a rating of nine out of ten.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is easy to use and intuitive. I love that I can send edit and send documents and be kept abreast of the progress from computer or app.

I have not encountered any downsides while using Panda Doc or really any things I dislike.

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for PandaDoc is that it has streamlined our sales proposal processes seamlessly, as we use PandaDoc to streamline all of the proposals and work orders that we send to our business prospects. PandaDoc templates ingest structured data from Zoho CRM and handle access and electronic signatures very well.

I decided to integrate PandaDoc with Zoho CRM for this process because I tried other integrations such as Salesforce, but they did not work according to our needs, allowing us to quickly and easily provide proposals to customers. PandaDoc allows us to import documents as well as create them from scratch, and while it can be tricky to get them looking exactly the way we want, their customer success team is responsive, friendly, and helpful. I can see where this platform would be even more helpful to smaller organizations without a CRM, as they offer contact, client, and workspace features along with many more options. Being able to create separate areas and restrict access allows us to operate on the principle of least privilege, further supported by the roles and licenses available.

While my main use case with PandaDoc initially only involved proposals, I have discovered that its automation, white labeling capabilities, and workspaces better enable the business flow.

What is most valuable?

The best features that PandaDoc offers include quoting, tracking when proposals have been opened and viewed, quick signatures, speeding the proposal-making process and saving time, standardizing the look and feel of a proposal to be much more professional, making electronic signatures easy, providing easy templates, a user-friendly interface, and integration with HubSpot or Zoho CRM.

The tracking feature is very helpful as we are able to track the customer if they have opened the document, where they have reached, if they have signed the document, and what challenges they may face, enabling us to help them, fill the fillable fields easily, and show them where they should put their signature. When they have signed the document, they are able to send it back to us.

PandaDoc has positively impacted our organization by enabling us to spend significantly less time creating documents, providing a better closing experience for customers, and enabling trusted electronic signatures. I can share specific outcomes or metrics that include an improvement of security from 30 to 55%, with a time saving of 60 to 85% when dealing with documents to be signed, and overall administration efficiency has also improved.

What needs improvement?

PandaDoc can be improved with up-to-date documentation that would be helpful, especially for new learners, along with better handling of license and license add-ons, and allowing coordination of fields across roles or user sections. I have not had any major issues, and any questions I had were answered promptly by the support team, so I have only highlighted the minor issues that need some final touches.

What is our primary use case?

I chose to use PandaDoc because it is very cost-effective, easy to use, and has a very intuitive user-friendly interface. PandaDoc has enabled me to navigate efficiently and complete tasks easily through the user-friendly interface. I also appreciate that it integrates seamlessly with tools such as HubSpot, which enhances the overall user experience, especially for those who are not technically well equipped. In my organization, all contracts that go through our company are sent and signed via PandaDoc. We are incredibly contract-heavy in our line of work, and PandaDoc makes it incredibly easy and efficient while ensuring that we remain consistent in our contract management efforts.

As we are technically a very large company in our industry, we deal with a lot of contract negotiation that requires changes to be made to our standard agreements. PandaDoc allows me to monitor all of those changes and saves clauses into our content library for later use.

We are able to utilize the same agreements repetitively in our contract management life cycle, especially through the use of reusable templates which are easy to create. It is incredibly easy to use variables to edit information and check the balances that are used to ensure all required fields are filled in before sending. Sending makes it easy to ensure completion of every document and takes a lot of pressure off of our risk departments.

We also find that PandaDoc enables us to send marketing agreements to sign and pay for new contracts which include website builds and advertising. I also use PandaDoc as a secure document tool to request payment information from my clients.

What is most valuable?

PandaDoc offers several best features including contractual formatting, insights after sending documents, ease of template creation, seamless integration, user-friendly interface, and customizable templates.

After sending documents, we are able to know when a document is opened by our clients and what stage they are in. If they have signed the documents, we receive notifications. If they have not, we know where they are stuck, and we are able to follow up and help them if they encounter difficulties.

I love the reusable templates, as they make work easier and save a lot of time. They are customizable, allowing for tailored document creation processes based on individual needs. I also appreciate the ability to combine multiple documents in one go, which is very time-saving.

PandaDoc has positively impacted my organization by decreasing the time to create documents from forty percent to approximately twenty-five percent. Efficiency in tracking sent agreements has been very easy and flawless. Collaborating on documents to approve changes has been excellent. It is also very easy to use and cost-effective for both our clients and our employees.

We have been able to remain professional and increase productivity when efficiency is high.

What needs improvement?

PandaDoc works very well overall. Sometimes deleting blocks, stroke rules, and rows in a template is glitchy. Adding artificial intelligence to speed up proposal writing should be enhanced, and integrating with tools such as Zapier at the lowest price tier should be considered.

It is also fast and reliable twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.

I have seen a return on investment, with fewer employees needed because PandaDoc easily replaces the work of two of our administrative employees. I also appreciate that it is very time-saving in creating documents while using templates, integration with HubSpot, and improving the user experience. This leads to great employee efficiency and maintenance of standards, thereby increasing productivity.

PandaDoc is well suited for when you may need to make on-the-fly adjustments to a document prior to sending. Templates are great, but sometimes they have to be changed by issuance. This is easy to adjust when needed, and it is also very cost-effective and easy to use.

PandaDoc creates forms and templates easily, allows for image uploading, and offers many other features that make it ideal for our use case.

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for PandaDoc is that I have been using it in my business for the past four to five years and it has provided a great digital contract solution for my sales team and the whole entire organization. It has been easy to set up templates and fast and efficient for my clients to review and sign digitally. Now fully integrated with my Salesforce CRM, PandaDoc has provided me with a great end-to-end solution for my sales and business contracts.

A quick specific example of how my team uses PandaDoc day-to-day is that it has been an excellent solution for fast and efficient contract signing for my sales and the whole entire organization. They are helping me close more deals in a quicker turnaround time for my business.

I also use PandaDoc regularly to create and send out contracts for my organization, which is part of my main use case. It helps me keep track of signatures and enter into client agreements quickly. It also allows me to easily send out signatures to my contractors or clients. I can also use it to customize templates so that I can reuse the same contracts with ease and pull in fields.

What is most valuable?

PandaDoc's best features include digital contracts, integration with Salesforce CRM, automated follow-ups to clients, visibility of when clients open the contract and how long they spend on each page, plus where they are up to. I can follow up straight after they have been reading the contract but have not yet completed it.

Out of those features, the most valuable one in my daily workflow is the visibility feature, as it helps me to follow up with clients when they have not yet signed the document. Also, the automated follow-ups of clients save a lot of time.

I would add that it helps to let both the client and vendor view contract terms, which I find very great about the features.

PandaDoc has positively impacted my organization by saving time with completing contracts faster. Additionally, time-saving with building templates that can be used for multiple use cases has contributed to great employee efficiency increasing.

I can estimate that my team saves thirty to forty percent of our time per contract, especially when creating templates, which I have been able to reuse. This is compared to my previous document software, which was Conga Sign.

What needs improvement?

One way PandaDoc can be improved is that it does not have the greatest notifying system; sometimes it can be annoying. Clients often do not seem to get the contracts once I send them over and cannot find them sometimes. It is also not clear which roles different contacts play. I have experienced some difficulties making edits to redline without removing signatures.

I have seen a return on investment as it allows me to enter into agreements with clients faster. It saves time with creating templates which can be used later. It saves cost, as forty to fifty percent of my cost is saved, especially because I do not have to move from one place to another to go and sign the documents.

It has helped my company find contract writing mistakes before they get to my clients and cause confusion, thereby reducing errors. My main use case for PandaDoc is that it saves us an immense amount of time because we can use templates and customize them for each customer if needed. What needs improvement?

I think PandaDoc could be improved in that sometimes after uploading a Word file, a notification is already sent out without me having the opportunity to insert an e-sign box, which is frustrating.

Regarding needed improvements, I would say that the approval functionality is lacking. There are limited approval workflows, which can make it difficult if a contract is highly customized.

We switched from DocuSign to PandaDoc because, even though both PandaDoc and DocuSign are very similar in terms of functionality and design, I preferred PandaDoc. It is also very easy to use, more cost-effective, and the support is very proactive 24/7. They are very professional, and it is very easy for our clients to use on their mobile phones to sign documents seamlessly, thus saving a lot of time and cost. On the other hand, I found DocuSign can be a bit complex, especially due to its robust features.

What was our ROI?

I have measured that 70 to 80 percent time and cost savings based on overall experience because before using PandaDoc, some of our clients would travel from far away to come and sign documents or we would meet at a certain point. We were wasting a lot of time, and there were many errors involved. Cost was also a factor through traveling, going to hotels, or meeting points. However, nowadays, we have eliminated all of that. We use PandaDoc where it saves 70 to 80 percent of our time.

Since starting to use PandaDoc, we have seen a return on investment with how easy it has become for our clients to sign documents. We have been able to retain them, save time and cost, and maintain professionalism. It is very user-friendly for both signees and senders.

My experience with PandaDoc's pricing, setup cost, and licensing is that it is very cost-effective, and it is one of the most cost-effective tools I have ever used, especially when dealing with clients to sign documents and manage documents.

Before choosing PandaDoc, I evaluated Ironclad as another option.

What other advice do I have?

PandaDoc allows us to send documents, and clients can sign on the go or when working remotely or at their home, using a tablet or a phone. They are able to sign the document and then send it back to us. This saves time and cost.

I would add that PandaDoc allows clients to remotely execute documents, tracks the progress of document execution, and emails us when documents have been fully executed. It also provides an easy-to-use interface to place signatures, dates, and other information on our forms.

My advice to others looking into using PandaDoc is that I appreciate its e-signature capabilities, which make it easy to upload a document, add text to fill blank fields, and send the documents to one or multiple parties for e-signature. It saves time and cost and makes tracking the e-signature process and progress much easier and seamless.

PandaDoc has expedited our signature process, helping us get back to our clients and vendors much more quickly.

Seamless Contracts and Payment Integration with PandaDoc

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of PandaDoc and that it's just plug and play. I also find the support to be good. The integration with Stripe for payments is quite handy, and I like that it works every time. The initial setup was very easy, not hard at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have some feedback regarding the Stripe integration. It needs improvement for the first invoice sent and in capturing billing details. There are a few states in the United States that require retail sales tax on digital marketing services, and currently, there's a redundant field for billing. Before the customer enters the payment method, I'd like this to be fixed so that it doesn't require unnecessary billing details. It would be helpful if there could be a templated field in the agreement for clients to add their billing details without needing a payment method before proceeding to the Stripe payment screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With PandaDoc, I get compliant and recognized e-signatures that build trust. It provides templates, allowing me to quickly adapt and send binding contracts to clients. Integration with Stripe simplifies payments, enhancing the process.
