Panda Doc is legit
What do you like best about the product?
Rick and his team take great care of each customer. Their team has gone out of their way to support me outside of their normal roles which's greatly appreciated. On top of the people, the platform itself is robust and intuitive.
We send all of our quotes via PandaDoc here at LiveNinja and are very happy with it, especially:
+template customization
+in line comments
+audit trail whenever someone opens or reads the quote
+resend feature when the quote's not signed to remind client

What do you dislike about the product?
Home dashboard can be improved. I'd like for the ability to see ALL the documents that ive sent on the dashboard in chronological order so i dont have to go in and specify the dates I need to review. A better interface would be nice also.
I think also the ability to integrate our solution with freshbooks would be great. Not necessary but definitely would be a nice to have.
No integration with relateIQ as well. We're a startup and not interested in sales force at this point. RelateIQ is a sales force company - yet lacks many integrations as a whole.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to hound prospects for signed quotes. They can easily sign in browser and add comments right in line with document versus 25 message email threads. Full customization of templates as well makes it easier than redoing them from scratch. The ability to upload our own template is huge and goes quite a ways.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommend this team and their solution. Super intuitive, easy to use, comes packed with features. All for an acceptable price that works for even startups.
