Using PandaDoc for documents going to Canada Revenue Agency
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is easy for our clients to use and understand, even for our clients who do not consider themselves computer literate. We rarely have to assist them in figuring out how to use PandaDoc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was really hoping you would have a logo with a Panda and merch for purchase! No complaints about the actual software!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used another product previously that does not show the e-signature on the form (it takes the signature in the main email message, not on the actual form), and it is confusing to our clients. PandaDoc is much more easily understood by our clients. We also previously used DocuSign but the renewal cost after the initial year was astronomical so we left that product.
PandaDoc, the way to go for all your electronic signature needs!
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is consistently upgrading their product to make it more user friendly and intuitive. I appreciate the organization of the dashboard. When I do have questions, the help button and live helpdesk are very nice to have. The cost is the best out there, our company looks at other large e-signature companies every year ahead of our renewal and you can not beat the PandaDoc value.
We use PandaDoc everyday, multiple times per day and this tool creates a more productive work day for our sales team.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't care for is when my client signs the system asks if they want to use PandDoc. I get it, they are looking for more business but it's a little confusing at times for the client.
Would like it if PandaDoc would integrate into Jonas Encore software system.

It is very easy to rack back. For easy and friendely for my employees to usr it. And it is options by email and text gives room to implement it on all

It doesnt have options for summation.

PandaDoc is the best Doc in town.
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity. Ease of navigation. And somehow people still don't know how to fill out their contracts correctly. That is no fault of Dr. Panda, though.

There is nothing to dislike about PandaDoc. Every problem I've had has been with candidates who don't know their own name.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well it allows my candidates the opportunity to sign their contracts. They never do. If they do, it's never on time. If it is on time, they definitely didn't sign it correctly.

User friendly and attractive fields. Has access to different fonts and applicable for each aspect of business documentation and quotations

PandaDoc has some fields not aligned when switched from Mac to Windows but not a major issue.

It is user friendly that benefits me from creating seamless documentations such as quotations for approval.

Streamlined process of sending out documents with ability and flexibility to automate into our existing systems with easy editing functions

No real issues- forgetting to not cancel the auto reminders on some of the agreements that go out

Ease of signing documents through our internal systems without having to send separately saving valuable time

It is very easy for me to send out documents to multiple clients at the push of a button.

I have yet to find something I dislike! So far everything is wonderful!

PandaDoc is making the creation and sending of signable documents easy and streamlined. Everything is located in one place, and I don't have to track down people to sign documents!

I love that PandaDoc can seamlessly integrate with Hubspot. It makes sending contracts for deals a breeze.

Making edits to contracts that have been sent out for review was not as intuitive as I had hoped
