Convenient and easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy and fast to use. Since I only use the services sporadically, it's very appreciated that they offer a free user account.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing that I dislike that I can think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since I work remotely, it would be very difficult to have contracts signed in person.

PandaDoc is fast, easy to use and the tracking helps to keep everything in order.
What do you like best about the product?
Uploading a PDF and being able to easily assign areas that need initials, signing, dating, etc... is very smooth with PandaDoc as well as the ability to know when the emails are opened and at which stage everything is currently at. The signing order feature helps keep the chain going and the fact that all of this can be done for free is incredible!
What do you dislike about the product?
When uploading non-PDF documents the process can be somewhat annoying and incomplete; for example uploading a microsoft word document (both using the document itself and trying PandaDoc's conversion system) has resulted in shifted text and messed up margins. The PDF upload feature though works perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having documents be sent out for e-signatures and hold legal weight at the same time. PandaDoc makes the upload, identify, send, sign and recieve process efficient, ease and smooth.
Easy to Use, Great Pricing, and Fast Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
Panda Doc has tons of templates to use along with being able to customize your own forms. The pricing is also one of my favorite pieces, very reasonable! And I used their online live chat support today and was able to get an issue quickly resolved. Great support!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more ability to create your own unique templates. It can be hard to create and customize forms unless they fit within the parameters given with PandaDoc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing contracts and getting signatures electronically.
Just for simple tasks or one sheet docs
What do you like best about the product?
It has many of the main doc editing features that you may need on a daily basis. And the features are easily recognizable and at hand. In that area, it does the job well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many features require a premium or a differential account to use. That is sincerely a little bit annoying since they advertise it as a "free trial," which is a little bit of misinformation, to say the least.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Signing, editing and sending documents through different organizations, having digital certificates, and keeping secure copies of that information for purposes of documenting.
Great, easy to use and user friendly software
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, as well as the added functionality, which other programs do not have.

What do you dislike about the product?
There do seem to be quite a large number of notifications for each document, however while this can be annoying, it does allow for full transparency on where the document signing process is at.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a problem that we had a number of users who needed to sign a document, and could not do so digitally at low or no cost.
Since finding PandaDpoc we are able to get digital approval much quicker with an audit trail.

Pando Cod is Excellent application to get third party signatures
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful about this application is it is Super easy to work with. Clients were able to effortlessly use the online signing application without having any issues. Clients like that they are able to sign using their fingers on their mobile phones. Additionally, I really like the way in which it recalls our clients' names and emails, making sure that whenever I send out fresh documents each time, I just need to type their name initials.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have got major problems with Panda Docs. Almost nothing slows down me or irritates me however, it is a good application to get third-party signatures without physically visiting them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have to send the online contract to our vendors after which get them organized for follow-up; I really like the dashboard function that provides us a view throughout all my documents, from where have been viewed to the people that are signed.
Pandadoc makes signing documents quick and easy
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy and efficient PandaDoc is to use. Creating accounts, initiating document management processes and attaching documents are all remarkably simple tasks. The tracking system also makes it incredibly convenient for both parties: I can track a document from the time I send its draft until someone receives it, previews it or reviews it before signing or filling in signature request fields; while whoever receives the document has access to the link I provide rather than having to hold full copies, which is more convenient when communicating via text. In short, this software greatly streamlines any signature process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the fact that PandaDoc does not offer a simple method of deleting drafts. Having to click through the list of drafts and select a delete option from a drop-down menu is time consuming when all I really need is a simple delete icon next to each document on my dashboard page for quick removal. In the future, I'd like to see a clear trash can icon prominently displayed when a draft is selected for deletion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Panda Doc helps me increase the efficiency of my business by allowing me to review and sign important documents quickly and easily. I'm able to collect rent even faster as it's easier to get landlord approvals, which leads to more satisfied customers in less time.
PandaDoc makes contracts easy!
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is easy to use from both a business and client side. Clients have commented that it is easier than DocuSign. And not only is it easier, it is cheaper for us too!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints about the program. My only suggestion would be to allow the user to select colors for each client because they occasionally end up the same color with multiple signers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc has allowed us to easily send contracts, authorizations, and miscellaneous documents for clients to electronically sign and view securely. It has made the process much quicker than using Adobe's service and much easier then DocuSign.
Appreciation for PandaDoc
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Ability to update uploaded files. The facility for remote approvals and getting confirmation when approvals have been completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not too fond of the new layout of the HOME window.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the issue of approvals remotely and benefiting me with the ease of following up and getting work expedited more promptly.
PandaDoc is the best e-signature platform out there!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy to use nature. The drag and drop of the text fields is actually FUN! I also like that there is a free version for start-ups.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no dislikes. I understand that some of the features I want are in the paid version. Great product.

PandaDoc is instrumental in getting signatures quicker allowing us to close deals faster!
