User management could be better - people could have edit or view access for other team members' document without becoming admin

Unfortunatly they changed to a limited options eary 2025 so we will be forced to move off the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
It stores the documents I need to send new employees, and makes it easy to send them and receive them back completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many emails sent from Pandadoc during the signature process.

Pandadoc makes it possible to quickly send documents to new employees, and have the recipient complete and send back.
Panda makes my work day much easier with workflows and proposal templates.

The amount of time savings that I enjoy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of online form submittals. We did use them internally, but had to switch to another solution. I was excited to use them for customer facing order capture but it was fiscally impractical.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The templating and copying of proposals cuts down work effort. Maintaining a branding standard is much easier. Allowing the clietn to sign digitally is also a big help.

What do you like best about the product?
Panda Doc allows you to see in real time if the receipient has viewed the document and it allows them to sign virtually any where by using their mobile number or email address. By having the feature that the person can sign on their phone can eliminate time because everyone has their phone with them at least 99% of the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
To date, I have not had any issues or concerns with this program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use to have to wait for days for someone to sign a document and sending it via email, we could not verify if the person actually reviewed the document. Now with the feature that allows you to know when a document is viewed, this can be presented to the court.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see when my document was viewed by the receiever. Tracking in general! Very straight forward UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't track the timeline of changes made to a document, requiring a new document for every update.

Great tool
What do you like best about the product?
With pandadoc the client dont need to print the contract to sign, it is very easy to fill and sign. Then i love the notification when the client open the contract. Very usefull for the negotiation!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular I can do all the action I need with contract. Maybe it sends too many notification to the client to remind to sign the contract. Rarely happens that clients complain about that when they already decide to not firm the contract.

PandaDoc is user friendly, easy to navigate, and it allows me to get the job done in matter of minutes... all of that at a fraction of the cost from all the other competitors out there.

I like everything! PandaDoc has all the features I need to move my business forward.

Its interface makes navigation a breeze, even for first-time users. The clean design ensures that every feature is easy to find, and the smooth performance means you can get tasks done efficiently without any hiccups.

The feature which needs a relook is - If one of the intended recipient don't sign, then we can't download the document we shared.... which I feel needs an alternate solution...

PandaDoc is a valuable tool in my legal practice.
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc allows parties to complete documents for judicial review in my jurisdictions. This allows cases to resolve much more quickly than if I had to mail documents back and forth. The individuals find the process easy to understand, minimizing any back-and-forth in terms of explaining. I really appreciate that PandaDoc allows 5 free documents per month. As a solo practitioner, I am keenly aware of costs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any aspects of PandaDoc that I don't like. For my purposes, it works great.

PandaDoc allows for documents to be circulated for review and execution, removing the need for either mailing the documents or undertaking other lengthier means of completion.
