Ease of Quotation and Electronic Signature with PandaDoc
What do you like best about the product?
I greatly appreciate the ease of use offered by PandaDoc, particularly in the design of quotes and electronic signatures. The entire setup process went smoothly, especially thanks to the effective integration with Hubspot, which enhanced our user experience. The simplicity with which quotes can be designed and signed electronically is a major asset, as is the automatic reminder feature for signatures on these quotes. These features make the use of the product very intuitive and efficient on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the way to change the signatories or add multiple signatories in the quotes can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use PandaDoc for the design and electronic signing of quotes, making the process very easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I find PandaDoc to be a very compelling choice, particularly due to its pricing, which makes it a great value compared to other options like DocuSign. I appreciate how seamless it is to use, as it allows me to send out documents to customers in a timely fashion, enabling us to conduct more business efficiently. I love the quick manner in which documents are processed, as it allows all parties involved to sign promptly. Additionally, the updates provided about where the signature is at, whether people have viewed the document, and whether they have signed, are incredibly useful. These features make the entire process much more streamlined and effective, ensuring smooth transactions.

                            Streamlined Our Sales Process with Robust Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using PandaDoc for two to three years primarily to streamline our sales operations, and it has been a great journey. I appreciate the catalog management and CPQ features, especially for HubSpot, as they make the quote-making process easy and efficient, which greatly minimizes the need for technical team involvement during early sales operations. The proposal templates are also top-notch and significantly help manage contracts and proposals directly from HubSpot. I use PandaDoc's extensive API integrations with various tools like HubSpot, Slack, make.com, and Google Slides, which create a smooth workflow and ensure seamless data transitions across different platforms. This integration freedom truly enhances our operational efficiency. The product team's dedication to improving the solution over time and their involvement with us throughout has been commendable. I am so satisfied with PandaDoc that I am committed to a long-term collaboration and have even joined their community.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the design components of the templates to be very limited, which restricts the options available for creating visually appealing documents. The analytics side is also quite lacking, and it would be beneficial if analytics were independent as well as synced into HubSpot for better cross-side insights. Moreover, there is a need for enhancements in the document design functionality, including dynamic background setups and additional design customization options. Adding functionality to pricing table margin calculation and bringing that to the quote system would also be a significant improvement.

I use PandaDoc to streamline catalog management and code creation, reducing dependency on technical teams in sales operations. It integrates well with our systems, facilitating efficient data transfer across various platforms, improving workflow efficiency.
                        
                            Effortless E-Signatures and Fast Document Completion
What do you like best about the product?
You can create custom contract templates that use e-signatures.  The ability for e-signatures is so helpful as it means people can sign from anywhere (even while they are on holidays!)  What makes it even easier is that there is the option to send a PandaDoc document link via text message instead of email so people know about the document even sooner.  Which translates into documents being completed sooner.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a small thing but I wish the help-AI bot was a bit more flexible to work with.  I would like to be able to ask it if something is possible and brainstorm a solution but it seems to have limits that makes in not quite as flexible as other help-AI bots I use in other programs.  However, whatever answer the bot doesn't know it is always willing to transfer me to a human support perso.

PandaDocs is about customisation.  You can create a document that suits your company's needs and includes all your company's branding.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc makes dealing with documents easy. We don't need to juggling PDFs, emails, different tools for Signatures, now in PandaDoc, everything is in one place. In this to create, send and sign contract or proposals are simple and the templates saves lots of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are loading the larger documents and switching between templates, especially when your internet connection is not so good so it will be working slow, this area has a scope for improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us a lot and solving the problem of time consuming and messy paper work. Earlier we use to create, sending and signing documents with emails , scattered PDFs version. PandaDoc provides everything into one place where you have the ability to create proposals, agreements, contract easily and can send them out and get the electronic signature in minutes.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc completely transformed our contract and payment workflows. We can send agreements and collect signatures and payments in a single, seamless flow; no juggling multiple tools or chasing clients for docs. The integrations with HubSpot and automation options are reliable and fast, and the templates make it easy to maintain consistency across teams. It’s helped us shorten deal cycles and reduce friction for both staff and customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The editor can feel clunky when managing large templates or forms with complex conditional logic
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use PandaDoc to generate and deliver custom lease agreements for thousands of properties across the U.S. It’s been a game changer for automating complex, state-specific documents that used to take hours of manual prep. The dynamic fields, integrations, and template logic let us scale with confidence; ensuring every agreement is accurate, compliant, and signed quickly. It’s eliminated a ton of back-and-forth and made our leasing process faster, cleaner, and far more consistent.
                        
                            Exceptional Value and Support, but File Upload Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how responsive the entire team at PandaDoc is, and I like that they are constantly making improvements. While there are many CRM, contract management, and e-signature solutions available, I find that the value PandaDoc offers surpasses most of them. I also find PandaDoc very easy to use, and the implementation process was seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
The File Upload feature is a bit clunky. You can only upload one document per field and you have to log in to the app to get the files- they aren't emailed to you when you get a copy of the submitted document/form.

What do you like best about the product?
Continuously releasing new features, knowledgable CSMs, easy to understand interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I like the feature releases, there are some basic features that would be more helpful than some of the flashier AI and automation ones. I get those sell, but I'd love it some of the requested features from users were tackled first
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a lack of standardization and many manual processes driving our agreement management. Users didn't like using our old provider, and spent way too much time on document management.

What do you like best about the product?
The program is perfectly integrated into our customer resource system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would create a function allowing documents to be resent to the reviewer.  Or create a path towards frequently asked questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, the only option for resending documents on the platform is to create entirely new contracts or documents. There isn't a straightforward way to simply resend existing documents.
                        
                            Effortless Contract Management, Minor Lag with Multiple Tabs
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of it. Makes it very easy for me and my clients to complete our contracts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Usually has a lag when using with other tabs simultaneously. Probably the only complaint I have at all however.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
