Incredible service
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use. I can see people sign live. Was the best in the world when it was free but I understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can now only send 5 documents to sign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When the insurance company esignature fails, I can use this.
Very easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
This is a very user friendly program that allows both the sender and receiver to easily manuever through the document to get it completed. Along with a place to add a message from the sender to the receiver. Also automatically sends reminders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the automated reminders can annoy the recipient but in our experience it is helpful to get the document completed in a timely manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remotely signing contracts prior to residents arrival. Streamlines our process dramatically.

PandaDoc is very user friendly. I love the notifications you received when a document was been opened and again when it's signed.

I dislike that PandaDoc changed to only 5 documents amonth per user

Panda doc makes it easy and efficient for me to send documents to my clients.

I do not have any problems with panda doc. If i do come to a problem, panda doc has plenty of trainings that help.

- Tool is sometines quite slow.

Canva for Doc management
What do you like best about the product?
Panda doc is so easy to use and so easy to create any kind of document from proposals to agreements, etc.... it is miles ahead of anything else out there

Certain parts of the UI can be a bit klunky. It overall it's very way to use and is a powerful tool

Management and completion of proposals and agreements. We don't have to worry about tracking everything or managing templates.
Easy to use E-SIGNATURE Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is a user friendly platform which provides many interesting features. We used DocuSign before but flexibility here is more. We can bulk download while DocuSign charges us separately.

What do you dislike about the product?
1) PandaDoc is not an official prefered electronic signature tool for Bank of Thailand yet so we still have to purchase small package from DocuSign.
2) There is no dedicated sales representative for us to reach. However, your support@pandadoc.com is quite fast to respond.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not a problem but PandaDOc is still not widely used in Thailand so it is not yet a prefered E-Signature tool. We cannot use PandaDoc certificate for some organizations we are dealing with (Ie. Bank of Thailand).
Super easy to use, very customisable
What do you like best about the product?
It has a big range of features suited to our needs for building proposals, contracts and anything else that needs parties to review and sign (eg NDAs). The canvas/layout editor is quite easy to use given how many features there are in it, and it is only a very shallow learning curve before you can do things really quickly.
The tracking and reminders are handy features. Seems to be easy from the signer's side as well, they can choose to upload their own signature, sign it by drawing or select from a varity of fonts as the "signature".

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the searching function is difficult to use, I forget where to look to actually find a specific document. That's probably more user-error than anything though :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us a super easy way to create templates for our staff, so that they are adhereing to content and pricing guidlines easier than a static word/pdf. Makes proposal and contract generation really quick (1-2 hours via word/pdf/ppt, down to 20 mins or less with pandadoc)

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love how easy it is to use with once you have something that works, you can replicate it and distribute with confidence and ease. The platform allows really easy edits and just a great system that is user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have almost never come across something that I dislike. I wish the partnership with hunspot was much smoother to link up and intigrate systems more effortlessly.
