Proposal templates that I'm able to quickly revise and send to clients in a jiffy.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc makes beautiful proposals a snap! Templates allow you to leverage best practices across your proposal types and content libraries make it incredibly easy to personalize! What's best is that you can look at the data associated with your proposal templates to see what's working and what's not. At the proposal level you can even see insights down to the page level. If you are serious about improving your proposals, I know of no better tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any feature filled tool, it can be a little overwhelming. I strongly recommend working with the account teams at PandaDoc to share your challenges. Each time they have delivered high quality suggestions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick generation of high quality proposals that help our customers also understand the variety of products and services we offer.
Best Signing Platform Ever
What do you like best about the product?
We use Zendesk and the form field implementation and integration that can be applied to our forms in Zendesk are amazing. It has literally saved us hours of work! Highly Recommend for anyone that wants user friendly and consistent results.
What do you dislike about the product?
We really do not have anything bad to say.

Time saving and allows us to do other things in the business.

It's easy to use and to navigate, and you can customise it to your needs

Having to re-visit the site the access my signed documents. Would be great if these could be attached to the email that tells me the document is completed.

Seamless for Business Proposals
What do you like best about the product?
Pandadoc is easy to set up, change and make bespoke documents. We mainly use it for drafting business proposals and found it easy to create using their templates and prompts. We then customise for specific clients and love how we can track when it's opened and what they viewed when.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some editing functions are not that intuitive such as padding under properties. But you can pick these up as you go.

Pandadoc helps us send out bespoke proposals in a fast and efficient way so we can get more business quicker.

PandaDoc integrates to our CRM, makes an easy workflow for sending out contracts and legal documents.

I think PandaDoc does not have a wide array of templates to use for contracts of different purposes.

PandaDoc creates a secure way to send and sign documents with multiple parties. The workflow is professional to prospective partnerships and efficient to use.
Documents made easy
What do you like best about the product?
We used a system before switching to Pandadoc and I was nervous learning a whole new system. Pandadoc offers training it was so helpful and calmed my nerves on how to use the new system. I find it easier to add new documents to an existing template. Pandadoc is very user-friendly. So glad we made the switch.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't like that the lady who trained us had to pass us along after her training was done. She was so knowledgeable and helpful. However I understand how the company has to put people in certain positions.

I dont feel we have a problem to solve.

Very useful platform to sign contracts and save time.

I don't like that's very hard to edit, I had to look in youtube how to edit it.

I dont have to meet the client in person to sign the contract and you can make suggestions
PandaDoc is changing how our sales team operates!
What do you like best about the product?
Having the ability to utilize sales rooms and having quotes that our Prospects have the ability to look through in one place has been the biggest thing for us. No more multiple attachments and lost email threads as they can bookmark the link and access anytime that they need to. We also utilize it as a new onboarding tool and has helped alot with our integration within Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
The self implementation was my least favorite part and not having access to live customer service reps in a quicker manner slowed down my implementation a bit as I had to utilize help articles on certain things that I need a live rep to assist with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing our sales cycle by having all documentation in one place that our prospects can answer. Also the functionality of the renewals for contracts.
Geat solution and easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
There's many things.. first, it integrates with our CRM (SFDC) and using this daily saves me a lot of time. second, with enterprise deals, we can create 'rooms' which provides a nice workspace for next steps and important docs which helps me multithread across the organization. and 3rd, it's very easy to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, everything seems to work for my use case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems PandaDoc is solving for me and my organization is creating a seamless next steps for us and the customers. We can create our quote/proposal with details and hyperlinks to our site and provide an easy way for our customers to sign.
