Simple program
What do you like best about the product?
How there are such little steps to get the job done.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike. It is a very smooth running app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting electronic authorization from customer without being in person. They can do it from the comfort of there own home.
A great fit for a high-volume sales role!
What do you like best about the product?
PD has been extremely easy to use with a highly intuitive interface. In a high-volume sales role like the one I'm in, you can find me working out of PD 5, 6, 7 times a day, and their solution makes it quick and painless to build accurate contracts. Very easy to adopt and customize the system making it a quick implementation for me and my team!
What do you dislike about the product?
For more traditional clients, it isn't as easy as I'd hoped to curate a manually signable PDF or document for physical signature. Additionally, red lines of any kind make the upload back into PD a bit choppy and time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy document creation for contracts of all shapes and sizes, ultimately providing a seamless approval process for our clients!

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, seamless integration with Hubspot, the ability to edit and alter on the fly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Load times can be long but that's a small gripe overall Panda Doc has been a great tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplifies and automates proposals, signing and contract management. Reduces communication both with customers and internally since the software is intuitive to build/alter.
Streamlined Contract Management with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I love how PandaDoc has streamlined the process of sending contracts and agreements. It makes it super easy to get these documents in front of the required signers, and being able to track how many times the documents have been viewed adds a lot of value. I appreciate the feature that allows me to copy the link to the signature and include it in emails, creating another touchpoint with recipients. Additionally, the auto-population of fields when I input new templates is extremely helpful, saving me time and ensuring accuracy. Integrating PandaDoc with HubSpot has also enhanced its utility for me. Overall, it's a straightforward process to send documents, and this convenience makes me consider purchasing PandaDoc again in the future. The platform impressively simplifies a key part of my workflow, earning it a 10 out of 10 recommendation from me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that setting up templates in PandaDoc can be a bit cumbersome and time-consuming. It involves a lot of manual work to ensure that all the fields are correctly placed for agreement signatures, which can be quite a tedious process. Additionally, I would appreciate an editing feature that allows changes to be made directly on the uploaded template or contract without needing to upload a new one. This would simplify the process of making minor adjustments to wording or dates, avoiding the need for re-uploading and reconfiguring fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find PandaDoc makes sending contracts easy, tracks how often they are viewed, and streamlines the signing process. The auto-population of fields in new templates simplifies my workflow.

Very quick and seamless process of creating quotes and proposals, great interface, easy to navigate.

Not much, loading times. Editing hub with text boxes are not as smooth as other platforms

The ability to hold strong to deadlines and to organize e-signature contracts.
Excellent Proposal Software
What do you like best about the product?
Super user freindly, easy to manipulate documents or add different elements to your proposals. Tons of great templates to choose from that you can manipulate to make your own. Honeslty its like if word decided to be user freindly and allow you to make things look cooler.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes can be annoying framing certain things, but I rarely run into this problem. It is also a little more expensive then I would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Halps me create really attractive professional proposals. As a creative agency we want our porposals to be attractive (like our work) and PandaDoc helps us accomplish this.
Excellent UX, great support team, good integration with Hubspot
What do you like best about the product?
The user experience is great, as it's very easy to navigate, draft, move things around very quickly, and manage the documents. The integrations they have are fantastic, such as Hubspot's which we use since a year to everyone's satisfaction. We're also very happy with the support team who are very responsive and security aware which is important to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, nothing to complain about.

Issueing contracts, master agreements, NDAs, amendments...

What do you like best about the product?
SO user-friendly, and fast. I have used DocuSign for years and never knew this kind of platform could perform and be so easy to use, until we moved to PandaDoc - being able to compare is helpful, and I am confident that PandaDoc is the best platform of this kind all around. Easy to integrate with other systems and also easy implement - we all learned how to use it in a training call that was under 30 mins, and it is just such a breeze! Customer Support is top-notch, they care about their users, and that is palpable. I use PandaDoc every day, the work I do is now easier than ever before.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything honestly - I love it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem-solve was around ease of use. The other program we used to use for years was bulky, and difficult. Using PandaDoc has made my workflow so much more manageable!
