What do you like best about the product?
Its Real-time commenting, suggestion edits, and the ability to assign tasks within documents facilitate smooth team collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Performance issues with PandaDoc, especially slowness and glitches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's clean and easy-to-navigate interface, makes document creation and editing accessible even for non-technical users. The esigning feature works seamlessly well.
PandaDoc - Doc Automation
What do you like best about the product?
PD has been our go to document service for about 2 years and the product has continued to see regular improvements.
What do you dislike about the product?
It just isnt the "name" brand for people and often find customers using other services to send back signed documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PD is a hub for all of our proposal documents and allows custom tailoring to each customer. It also integrates with our CRM software which keeps things very local and easy to use.
Great until you attempt to cancel
What do you like best about the product?
Functions and features. Easy to operate and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had no more need for the service and cancelled. After we cancelled, they billed our credit card anyway. When you try and question them. You get an automated response bot that creates a case that will get back with you in three (3) days. That is where I am at now

Best app for creating fast quotes and contracts
What do you like best about the product?
I love PandaDoc's integration with Salesforce. With a couple clicks in Salesforce, PandaDoc ingests all the necessary fields from the opp record, and outputs a polished & custom order form. The interface and UI are very intuitive. Much better than the other CPQ apps I've used in previous roles.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I was able to creat workflows so that if I add certain products to the order form, it will automatically add certain content blocks from the content library to the document. Maybe this is already possible and we just need a hiigher tier plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We create and send all client contracts through PandaDoc
Good not great!
What do you like best about the product?
We have NDA's signed. Their fee structure is amazing and their API is top notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Organizing those NDA's and other documents is horrible. Need a better way to organize them and automatically save them in the right folders. We now save them in a third party app since panda is so bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are cost effectively allowing us to send documents for signature. Very good.
THE perfect tool for start ups
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc builds trust with its clients by providing basic infrastructure (without limitation) to micro businesses who need the product but can't justify the subscription. (yet) I know that as our business grows, we will need a trust worthy partner and due to PandaDocs' good will, and continued innovation, we will definitely be working with them in the future on a paid product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can say. The free product does everything well, and efficiently - they even have a great mobile app.

Getting signatures from businesses quickly.
Easy Integration Once Trained
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it is right in salesforce in the opportunity. Once trained on the software it is very easy to use and is a seemless process.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a bit confusing to learn how to use at first.

PandaDoc is solving sending out contracts to be signed and benefits me with the process of having insight when the contract was open or forwarded.

Efficiency and how professional the final product is.

The adds ons may add up, choose wisely, don't need the whole enchilada.

I am able to save a tremendous amount of time drafting proposals, contracts and tracking these documents.

I love how simple it is to use, and it works perfectly with our contracts for our subscription services.

Maybe a warning if you forget to input something

Helps us organize our contracts and informs us when our customers have signed.
I have used Pandadoc for nearly 6 months now and have found it easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
It has a good user interface and is easy to understand. I use it frequently, in fact at least 5 times a day to send out documents for signatures.

I cannot send the same document to multiple people to sign off on individually
