Excellent App for managing quotes
What do you like best about the product?
we love the ability to create quote templates which is very easy to use. This feature along with the built in catalog has been the key to our team deploying quotes quick and effeciently. I would never go back to a spereadsheet for quoting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app still needs some work in order to create quotes on the go. Although, I have seen it progress over the couple years I have been using Panda Doc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we had trouble keeping up with previous quotes in the past and with Panda Doc we know where we are on each and every quote.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, well organized, and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to be able to see a list of documents signed by name, rather than initials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A quick way for people to sign online without having to download and hand-sign a document

What do you like best about the product?
Keeps all contracts in one place. i can see progress of users, if it has been read or signed. Easy to use and navigate. I use it most weeks, and have found it to be very reliable. It integrates with Hub Spot well.

Not many complaints really. it has all the functionanity you need.

Excellent system for ease of contracting
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to create new contracts, and easy to implement and send to customers for signature. PandaDoc also has a integration with SalesForce which is extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't allow you to edit all boxes, or free type specific areas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to get contracts and proposals to customers very quickly, and shows me when they view the contract and or proposal I sent.

I like how easy and quick it is to use Pandadoc. It has really streamlined the process of getting documents executed for me, and I particularly like the ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had a few more features for free

It has eliminated the need for clients to have to print, sign and scan documents. It saves a great deal of time.

What do you like best about the product?
Its so easy to use and I get everything I need done.

I'm not sure I saw anything I dislike about PandaDoc. I use it in a very basic way and it attends me perfectly.

because I can upload my pdfs and get people to sign it online in a simple way.

User-friendly with lots of stats and notifications

I dont like that when I click the link, it sends me a notification that my prospect has viewed the document when in reality I'm the one who's viewed it.

It solves signing a service agreement with prospects remotely.
Excellent template features, and ability to save time when issuing new contracts.
What do you like best about the product?
Using Pandadoc has elevated our systems and allowed our team to streamline new contracts. I enjoy the text features, reminders, and ability to edit and send for e signatures.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, the email being sent goes into a customers spam folder and they find it difficult to find.

Paperwork is issued to the necessary teams and allowing everyone to be aware of a signed document or contract in our system. It is helpful that it can be edited and changed as needed, then reissued for new signatures. The search feature is also helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
With PandaDoc it's very easy to edit documents, plus I like how convenient it's to send documents to sign instantly, allowing me to make sure the whole process is secure and verifiable. And another great thing is that PandaDoc sends notifications directly to signers' phones when they are late, helping to reduce many hours of waiting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm happy with PandaDoc. I know the platform is rich in advanced tools but my usage tends to be pretty basic so I couldn't say more about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My use of PandaDoc focuses on document editing and electronic signatures. Many times I have to modify support contracts or research agreements and PandaDoc' intuitive editor allows me to make very quick adjustments, plus PandaDoc mitigates the need for signatories to print, scan or mail documents as everything is done virtually and seamlessly.

As a sales professional, I can confidently say that PandaDoc has been a game-changer for streamlining my workflow and closing deals more efficiently. The platform is user friendly, making it easy to create, send and track documents, all while maintaining a professional look. I really rather enjoy the tracking functionality. Knowing when a client has opened, viewed and signed the docment. It allows me to follow up at the right moment and has made a difference in my closing rate. Overall, PandaDoc is an excellent tool for anyone in sales who wants to increase efficiency and stay on top of their deals.

Inefficient document creation, manual approval process, poor document tracking, integration issues, inconsistent branding, revenue leakage, compliance and security, and collaboration challenges.
