Easy to Navigate
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate and understand. Patients hardly ever have problems when we send documents

Sometimes will log you out for no reason

High risk low reward tool that puts you in risk of loosing clients
What do you like best about the product?
The idea of collaborating on contractual stuff is great but the implementation is so bad that we constantly go back to DocuSign as Pandadoc has created a product that is so full of bugs, accidentally removes fields and is so much in Beta version that we are now looking for a different solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are using PandaDoc frequently - like 3-7x/ week and integrated it into our whole working flow via API. The API works fine but the UI/UX for the customer who needs to sign the document is just soooooo bad!! The features of "review suggestions/ review edit" don't work properly and are hated by our clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was supposed to be solving the issue of multiple collaborators working together on a contractual document. The whole implementation of this is just a shitty product! There has been no real progress on this for 2 years.

The system is an easy to use system for capturing virtual signatures.

I don't have any dislikes about PandaDoc.

PandaDoc is making is easy for me to save time by capturing the signatures that I need virtually.

Personalization of the documents. tracking information, team dashboard and accounting insights I use it every day to implement my task when creating new documents easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have the ability to schedule emails when sending the online documents.

I have to say that PandaDocs is helping us to get documents signed and ready to be mailed smoothly avoiding the mailing time and maximizing our productivity as a company.

PandaDocs has changed the way we do business by making agreements quick and painless.
The signed certificates have been extremely valuable, as well as the ability to see when a signee has viewed a document.

The new interface is a bit difficult to navigate, but we'll get used to it.

A Great, Economical Alternative to Docusign
What do you like best about the product?
The PandaDoc interface makes sending electronic documents to my clients - retainers, agreements, waivers - simple and quick. The ability to create a document, drop fields into place, format things, and send it off with reminders set makes my job a lot easier. Pricewise, PandaDoc is extremely reasonable when compared to Docusign and others who charge significantly more. When choosing a service for electronic signatures, I compared a lot of services which seem to provide very similar functionality. Ultimately, I tried PandaDoc and have been happily using their services for about a year now without issue. Teaching others in my office to use it is very straight-forward as the interface is intuitive. All of the functions and tools are where I expect them to be and the workflow is simple to use and learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only concern I have is the occasional (rare) client who is unfamiliar with PandaDoc and who calls me up to ask if it is legitimate. More often, clients have no issue, but ask after-the-fact what PandaDoc is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc makes getting documents signed electronically easy for my clients. That means that my clients don't need to print, sign, scan, and email documents back to me. While most clients are capable of doing so, not all are, and there's inevitable breakage in the process which delays moving things forward. The fact that U.S. Law now recognizes the validity of electronically signed documents (thanks to Covid) makes e-signatures a real option which speeds up everything from client retainers to settlement contracts.
Great alternative to Docusign!
What do you like best about the product?
I really love PandaDoc...been using it for quite a long time. My clients have only had goog things to say about it as well, I've recommended it many times over the years to other business owners.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've honestly never had any issues with PandaDoc...I've got nothing to say about it that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use PandaDoc to send agreements to clients so they can esign them.
I love using Panda Docs as a Sp Ed teacher. I use it to send documents to parents

I like how easy it is to use. It is also fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it had the emails stored. Sometimes it takes a few minutes to recognize the emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easier to get documents returned from parents. It is also helpful if a parent is homebound and cannot come to the school.

Really simple to add fields, duplicate doculents, use templates and share by link (a very important feature for me that others such as DocuSign don't have).

Nothing really, I've been using it for more than two years and I don't see a reason to ever change it.

Send contracts easily, receive notifications on client activity (when they open and/or sign contracts) and easiness to retrieve signed documents.
