Effortless Document Management
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using PandaDoc for approximately five years to send important documentation to clients and parents, and it has been an excellent tool for my business. One of the features I value most is the separate confirmation record that clearly shows when a document was sent, reviewed, and signed. This provides both transparency and peace of mind.
Getting started with PandaDoc was surprisingly smooth and straightforward. The platform makes it easy to create, send, and receive e-signatures, which has significantly helped me overcome scheduling conflicts. The efficiency it provides is extremely beneficial to my daily operations.
I also appreciate the document editing features, including the ability to sign, date, and manually enter information—capabilities that are essential for my business needs. Its seamless integration with Google Docs, which I frequently use, is another major advantage. Additionally, the website is easy to navigate, allowing me to stay productive and accomplish a great deal within the platform.
Because of these benefits, I would absolutely purchase PandaDoc again and highly recommend it to other vendors and business owners. I would confidently rate it 10 out of 10.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish PandaDoc would let me edit documents after a client has returned their signatures, instead of forcing me to redo the entire document from scratch.

I use PandaDoc to simplify sending documents and obtain e-signatures quickly, solving scheduling conflicts. It provides confirmation letters, allowing me to track document status, enhancing efficiency and benefiting my business operations.

In-person signing and the ability to have different levels of team members for those that need it. Customer support always answers quickly and resolves my challenges efficiently as well.

The constantly changing interface makes it difficult to train team members because the templates used to be here, but now they're here...

Integrated and Simple Solution for Contract Design and Offer Management
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc has been instrumental in helping our business streamline the offer creation and contract signing process efficiently. As a Business System Architect, I appreciate how its approval workflows and template capabilities have made our sales process structured. The platform's integration with our CRM has significantly improved our workflow automation and overall productivity. It's easy to use, promotes paperless processes, and has genuinely streamlined our operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
For people who are used to generating offers/contracts in MS Word/Google Docs, it might be hard to get used to in the beginning. There are also improvement areas in terms of integration complexity, pricing tables and speed of loading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contract Management and E-Signature collection.

Pandadoc is a very practical and useful tool

It is intuitive and easy to use, very good for whene you need to have eletronically signed documents with a proper certificate,

I can't think about any downsides of pandadoc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It speeds up the process of creating documents and requesting them to be signed or filled, allowing to remaing compliance with the eletronic signatures certificates.
Pandadoc is making me lose $20,000 every day.

I used to like that it was an easy to use platform to prepare quotes and nivoices.

It's a very unstable platform. They are making updates and have bugs and errors everyday.
Buyer be aware and don't pay the yearly license. I did after a few years of working with them and suddenly my entire sales team lost access to the platform. They claim we downgraded our license and they refund us but its a bug on their side, we didn't downgrade and we haven't received any refunds either. My entire sales team was stopped until we were able to fin an alternative. Dont trust this company.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the most that I don't have to run around to get my documents sighned. I send everything online and the recievier also sighn everything online. Additionaly we save tons of paper!!

Limits on free account. But it's fare ;)

I don't need to commute to my clients to get docs signed anymore.
This eSign tool performs wonderfully. Epic Concepts utilizes PandaDocs daily and highly recommends.

Simplicity and speed of getting agreements and authorized forms.
Great for Integrations and Easy Contract Process

Love the integrations and dynamic fields available on the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little analytics. You need to get a very expensive plan to get good analytics
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to control everything from Hubspot. For example sending and creating a proposal inside of hubspot . Using the integration with one click the AEs can create a new proposal based on data that was allready on Hubspot.
