What do you like best about the product?
CLM provides our company a convenient and reliable way to request contract matters, manage customer negotiations, and store a large number of agreements, change orders, and similar. Provides convenient way to receive approvals as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Docusign integration is clunky. Hard to edit email templates - must be done via developers rather than drag & drop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conga CLM solves the issues of contract/agreement intake, agreement generation, and storage.

What do you like best about the product?
CONGA CONTRACTS KEEPS ME ON TRACK. I KNOW EACH DAY WHAT I NEED TO DO AT A GLANCE. THE FLOW THAT WE HAVE BUILT LETS ALL PARTIES KNOW WHERE THE CONTRACT IS AT ALL TIMES. NO CONTRACTS GETTING LOST IN EMAILS, NO GUESSWORK. MESSAGING AND TASKS ARE SO HELPFUL TO INCLUDE PARTIES THAT ARE NOT IN THE FLOW OR NOT IN CONGA.
What do you dislike about the product?
SOMETIMES DIFFICULT TO GET HELP, OUR ACCOUNT MANAGER HAS CHANGED SO MANY TIMES I DON'T EVEN KEEP TRACK ANYMORE.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CONGA HAS SOLVED THE ISSUE WITH VISIBILITY TO CONTRACTS, SIGNED, UNSIGNED AND IN PROCESS. NO MORE CONTRACTS IN BOTTOM DRAWERS. ALSO, LOVE THE NOTIFICATIONS THAT ALLOW US TO INCLUDE PARTIES THAT HAVE OBLIGATIONS IN THE CONTRACTS.

What do you like best about the product?
Conga CLM helped streamline and simplify our agreement process which was very complex.
What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation of Conga was not done 100% correct in our org. To get support from Conga to assess and improve our CLM was painful and everything was expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our proposal and agreement process is very complex and has several conditions. Conga helped automate and organize the process.

Conga contracts has allowed us to house all of our contracts in one place. Conga has also helped to increase productivity and workflows. Overall the program allows an integrated approach.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Conga is an end-to-end product and you don't have to purchase a separate intake system or a separate repository system. It can do it all and it does it well.
What do you dislike about the product?
A downside is if you have tons of users the cost can get pretty high. It's hard to charge the cost of licenses back to departments outside of legal when legal is the one who chose the product to intake/process their requests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem we have solved is that all contract requests for the legal department now come through one channel, Conga, where previously we received requests from many different avenues and it was much harder to track and intake.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have a good grasp of how many users you will need of each license type and make sure you have good adoption, so that those who you buy a license for are really using their license to make it worth it.
