What do you like best about the product?
Gives the sales reps everything they need to create the standard contract
What do you dislike about the product?
Only hate it when it’s down. Most of the time it works great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just makes everything easier on the rep so they can spend more time selling without having to go back and forth to add in missing info.

What do you like best about the product?
Love that we can pull in content modules based on the products listed in a salesforce opportunity
What do you dislike about the product?
The editor is a bit clunky. It takes a while to get a proposal looking good after it is first generated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conga allows us to quickly convert a salesforce opportunity into a client-ready contract
Recommendations to others considering the product:
if you want to be able to pull n custom content modules based on a product in Salesforce, Conga is the only contract management/ creation platform that seems to have this feature

Cool product with some shortfalls

What do you like best about the product?
Conga Contracts has a great workflow tool and simplicity and allows customization to fit your business needs. It is easy enough to use and has good security features regarding contract access.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not flexible to edit or pull back submissions. This may just be the way my company has this set up but once submitted the user cannot edit the contract request until it is rejected in the workflow by one of the approvers. This causes unnecessary delays and resets the request back to draft status meaning you need to redo the workflow completely. We also do not have it integrated with any signing tool or document management platform for easy collaboration on "in-process" contracts which would make it a TON better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves the process of contract review and approval. It speeds up contract process and relieves email clutter.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If implemented, I would look at a full CLM tool and properly set it up this way to be a full-stop-shop to edit, review, collaborate, approve, and sign contracts. It is much more useful this way and would eliminate a ton of back and forth email.

What do you like best about the product?
Process and OOB features that help customize without much code. Apttus contracts also has Xauthor which is a dynamic interactive tool that connects Microsoft word to salesforce via API's and can help redline contracts and upload them back easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Xauthor servers are sometimes not very fast and as much as it allows for flexibility, It is slow when there is lot of conditionality around the templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplified Contract Flow
For any sales, legal, partner operations involving contract management, Its the best automated tool that reduces cycle time by fixating a proper process.
It has easy integration with docusign that allows signatures at run time and also updates the status of Apttus based on docusign.
Approvals can be done on the fly and contracts can be approved via emails

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to track all contracts in one place and automatically store the final version on the associated Account and Opportunity in Salesforce is such a time save.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Composer feature is a bit hard to program for the average admin. Also, there should be a way to ensure the document comes back to Salesforce even if the third party changes the name of the document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are making all contracts centralized and designing a more defined negotiation and execution process between Sales and Legal.

What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to use and easy to teach! It has user friendly help screens as well. It recently got updated, and we absolutely love that yo can narrow the search by document, contract or company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had more options for separating documents into categories, but that's an issue just for us, most companies would find that they have more than enough options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a new representative, Kevin, and he's amazing!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be patient, it's a system that is unique but incredibly user friendly! It takes time with all new systems. Once you learn it there's no way to go wrong, and there's nothing your administrator can't fix!

What do you like best about the product?
It is natural and simple to utilize. The most flawlessly awesome piece of the Conga is the Contract Tree usefulness. Having the option to see all agreements for a particular client and see the agreement pecking order is extraordinary. I like the capacity for it to be a vault. I likewise like the referenced record/resource include. Making changes to the benefit in one spot refreshes in the layouts/records it is utilized in dispenses with rolling out those improvements in numerous spots, possibly missing an archive that should have been refreshed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the way the tasking works. Aside that, it is a great product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This framework has enormously improved our agreement the board framework as far as work process following, survey of where things are in the framework just as simplicity of finding existing contracts. Deals Process and charging structure. The quantity of proposition I'm ready to deliver every day has expanded. Not overlooking, I am accelerating conveyance of proposition.

Make sure to get an exhibit nearby so you can pose inquiries and perceive how this arrangement can function for your association.

I wish there were easier ways to delete things such as additional forms and old contract types.

One place for contracts; ways to enforce business rules and policies.

Make sure you do your homework before implementation. Understand who will be using the tool in what capacity and know your contract types.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoyed meeting other users who are using the same Conga product as me. It was great to talk to others about how they use the system and find ways that we can better use the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more Solutions Stations. In addition to those, I wish we were asked what topic (i.e. BI ToolKit) we would like to learn more about. I was being helped by someone at the Solutions Station but they did not have much knowledge and had to refer us to someone on the demo station. However, I was happy that we were directed to someone who could help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Last summer we implemented Flow and that has created efficiencies for our business. There is more transparency with contract statuses and gives end users more visibility to that.
