Powerful software. Incredible partnership
What do you like best about the product?
The partnership with and support from Contract Wrangler is unparalleled; they have taken our important business initiatives and helped make them a reality by truly listening to our feedback and building features that exceed our expectations.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are looking forward to more customizable reporting capabilities, implementation of user profiles and permissions, and a deeper integration with Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contract Wrangler's OCR feature and ability to filter contracts based on key terms and customized user annotations make it quick and easy to assess what is in our contracts. We've gone from slow and inaccurate searches in Google Drive, to having powerful and accurate search capability across hundreds of contracts. This is definitely a solution that can grow with us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We highly recommend working with Contract Wrangler. The ROI is evident on Day 1, and the way the product team listens and incorporates user feedback enables them to quickly roll out feature enhancements that make their software even better. Most times when we bring up a concern or suggestion for improvement, the product team already has it in an active sprint and is close to pushing it out to production,
Awesome Product, Even Better Service
What do you like best about the product?
The level of service provided by the product and customer success teams is unparalleled. The product itself is so intuitive and easy to use and has been a huge value add to our operations, cutting the time to access, understand and extract specific contract details by more than 50%.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't experienced many issues with the product so far. Because our use case and volumes are quite small, we find that we aren't using the product to its fullest and taking advantage of all of its capabilities. It's definitely suited for use cases where you're dealing with high volumes of similar contracts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our time to locate and read through contracts when questions arise has decreased significantly with Contract Wrangler. It's been very beneficial in routine audits of processes and contracts.
Incredible Product. More than pays for itself.
What do you like best about the product?
We've been a Contract Wrangler customer for a few years now and it's been incredibly helpful to upload all of our contracts and have all the terms we wanted extracted from each contract. It has saved us on several occasions because Contract Wrangler alerted us of upcoming renewal or termination dates, enabling us to act on the contracts before it was too late. Moreover, we consistently receive excellent customer service. We truly feel that they treat us like a partner and that our requests are quickly addressed. I can not recommend their product and their service enough.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing substantive to dislike. The fonts/graphics can be better, but it doesn't detract from the functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contract management, tracking of key contractual terms and in particular, auto renewals and terminations.

If you're looking to quickly organize your contracts and keep up with key terms, look no further.
Conga Contracts
What do you like best about the product?
Customization, ease, availability, customer service, flexibility with changing business needs

limitations with the customization since it is out of the box, but not much else is a problem

The flexibility to configure to our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to delete some functions or attributes no longer using for example old fields in profiles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The visibility of what stage a contract review is in and to report on the lifecycle. We are also able to automate the process and not lean on email as much.
conga contracts is intuitive for non redlines, but s sometimes there are issues with versions.
What do you like best about the product?
docs are automatically uploaded into salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
the layout is clunky, and it is hard to delete documents on mass.

we are working with conga to use these tools more efficiently.

You can have different types of documents and merge Salesforce info without having to rewrite or type the info

Can be a bit cluncky if you don't set it up correctly

Redlines! This feature has really helped us with our version control issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Clunky. Opening view redlines, then open word, confuses our reps. The negotiate feature has been really hard to roll out and get users to adopt. They don't want to send the email via conga, but from their outlook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Version control, better visulization to contracts in process. More controls and better hygeine in Salesforce

The product works great if you have a dedicated person overseeing the process; if you are looking for version control, and have a simple approval flow.
