Good for APIs verification
What do you like best about the product?
We can use a dynamic parameter, which can verify the same collection on different hosts, using environment variables.

i think some things were missed, like

Easy to make environment variables with encryption
What do you like best about the product?
Postman is used for making application backend APIs to run smoothly that application and secure apps data. On postman we can set environment variables to secure password authentication.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some time postman is getting too slow for making new APIs and for new users make variables for authentication is quite hard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With use of postman we can easily make new backend app APIs in short time and we can test that APIs on it to double verify whether API is working or not and we can also set variables to store confidential data of API.

What do you like best about the product?
Postman is a good tool for API management. It is easy to use.It has a good user interface(UI).It saves time as it is an automation and testing tool.

Working with large data performance became a little slow.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Postman is how easy it makes testing and collaborating on APIs. I can quickly set up requests, save them as collections, and share with teammates. The environment variables feature is especially useful for switching between dev and production without changing code.

What I dislike about Postman is that it can feel heavy with large collections, and some of the advanced collection features are behind paid plans. But overall, the benefits outweigh these drawbacks, and it's still my go-to tool for API testing.

Postman solves the problem of managing and testing APIs manually. It benefits me by making API testing faster, more reliable, and collaborative, which improves overall development productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to send requests and check responses without much setup.Simple to get started, and collections make it organised for team use.Haven’t needed support often, but the documentation and community resources are really helpful.I use it almost daily for testing APIs and debugging issues.Has everything from basic requests to advanced features like environments, automation, and mock servers.

With large collections, it can feel a bit heavy at times, but overall it runs smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Postman helps me test and debug APIs quickly without writing extra code. It saves time by letting me manage requests, check responses, and automate tests in one place. Sharing collections with teammates also makes collaboration much easier.
Best app for web developers
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use. I can write API in postman and it provides cpde snippet in the formst of CURL, PHP, c# and many more. So if you are invoking any API server side you can simply copy paste it from copde snippet. Also you can create collection of APIs which can also be shared within the team. The process of installation and is relatively easy. I am using the app from past 10 years atleas. The app is stable so till time i havent faced any issue so actually did not get chance to connect with customer support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be great if postman allows add more members in the team with free account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using postman, i am able save much more time rather than developing actual UI to test the APIs. Also i am bckend developer and a team leader to i can easly divide work in between UI and backend so that backend team can develop APIs without the need of UI. Also postman allows to generate code snippet in any preferable language as per use. It allows user to simply copy paste in there code. API documentation is main feature of postman so no need to look for any other API specific documentaion app.

Sometimes, large collections take longer to load, and the desktop app consumes more memory than expected. The collaboration features are excellent, but advanced option come only with higher-tier plans, might be a challenge for smaller teams.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Postman makes it simple to organize APIs in collections and run them quickly. Environment variables are super useful for switching between staging and production. The ability to automate test scripts inside requests helps me validate responses without writing separate code. Collaboration is smooth since my team can share collections directly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, when I have really big collections, they can drag a bit before everything loads, which gets a little frustrating. I’ve also noticed that syncing between my laptop and phone doesn’t always line up right away. And to be fair, the desktop app just feels kind of heavier than the web version which is not unusable, but you can tell the difference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Postman daily to validate APIs before adding them to automation. It helps me debug failures faster by isolating issues at the API layer. Earlier, I relied on curl commands, which were not as organized. With Postman, I can create reusable collections, hook them into CI pipelines, and reduce flakiness in end-to-end tests. It’s also improved collaboration since developers and testers work off the same shared collections.
