API CHECKER
What do you like best about the product?
the best thing I like about this software is you can easily check your custom-developed API that it is working or not or it is achieving the goal for what you have developed this API or your API meets the given requirements or not. we back-end developers dont have User Interface to see the developed work is done according to the clients requirements or not so we use postman to test our API's.
What do you dislike about the product?
uptill now I haven't seen anything which made me annoyed or frustrated while using this software because this software is just what I was seeking for or I wanted this thing for my work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
as an back-end developer I am developing some API's for my office product so I usually test them on Postman to see wether my API is working or not and my API is working in a right direction or not.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
yes absolutely to all the backend developers in my circle i usually advice and suggest them to use postman if they are working on some kind of API developing

Best API testing tool
What do you like best about the product?
This app is very useful for API testing, it makes API testing very simple and interesting. It saves our testing data and documents on the cloud so we can share our work with anyone. It provides a feature to use global variables that we can use anywhere in our testing tab. It also allows making a collection of many types of APIs and downloading and import of collections from the system. It covers all types of requests GET, POST, PUT, DELETE etc. It also supports javascript for testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is very confusing and complex for beginners, we need good practice to use this tool. The previous interface was very good, now it is very complex. It requires high-power hardware and more resources to run properly. It supports only RESTFUL APIs. All the other things works fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have made APIs using json-sever, nodejs and tested them using Postman. I have made some web-based projects which require APIs so that APIs I have tested then used in my projects. I didn't find any other project which can compare with this tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use tool. We can test all types of API very easily because it supports all types of request like post, put, get and delete. Also we can make API documentation very easily using this wonderful tool. It saves a lots of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such really useful tool for all types of projects.

Great tool for API testing, debugging and Analyzing. Saves lots of time while creating API documentation. Really great tool for our testing and development team.
Good tool for your API documentation
What do you like best about the product?
Testing the APIs has never been this easier. It helps in testing GET, POST, and many other types of APIs to test. And unlike its competitors, the UI is user-friendly. And you can also share the API documentation with the developers. And it can also be used for test cases as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel postman is using much disk usage and my PC just lags when using postman. But again when I close the problem is gone. AGain this problem might be in my system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves in performing CRUD operation of APIs and sharing the documentation of the APIs across the team and organization. And it is also used by developers to view responses bypassing the required parameters.
A handy API build and test tool for developers
What do you like best about the product?
The convenience of directly using the API and its wide variety of API support makes PostMan my default API test and build tool. Plus it's cloud save and sync feature allows to publish and share api docs to colleagues and teammates very convenient and time-saving.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tabs can be in my opinion managed in an elegant way. It can be borderline difficult to find my previously opened tabs as the opened collection of tabs get larger and larger. I can barely see the name of the request.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating with the APIs has made the whole process of API development much faster. It allows me to use different types of payloads like JSON,form-data even raw. Sending files and images to the request is also easier. The convenience of setting headers to request is my favorite feature.

Postman is the tool used for API testing. We can create a collection of APIs and we can easily download them in our system. Best API tool for other tools in the market
What do you dislike about the product?
I am using postman for the last 2 years. I am not facing any issue while testing the API till now. No dislike from my end. This tool is having all the best features for API Testing

Postman is the tool for API testing so basically, I used to test API which developed my the developer also testing pre-build APIs. Test the proper response like 200 OK!!

If you are in microservice development and developing APIs frequently then Postman is the best tool for API Testing. This is the best tool for API tester or QA Team

What do you like best about the product?
This is a good and easy tool to work with. All our api testing is done via postman application. There are a lot of features which helps in testing and we don not have the need to include external snippets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although postman is a good and easy tool with quiet some good features there are some drawbacks like the reach of the application, not all types of API are supported which is a mojor issue

We use postman to test our api. The interface is good and enhanced. Therefare less to non glitches which is good when it comes to testing a application. The audit log of this application is also handy as helps is tracing
Saves You From A Lot Of Hassle!
What do you like best about the product?
Postman is a very handy tool, it helps in checking your API before-hand. It has made my life very easy and has helped me a lot and saved a lot of time for me as well. Not to forget the fact, that it is free to unstall and use which is very appreciable as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is not beginner-friendly! Yes, the UI is good but when using it for the first time you will have to go through the documentation to understand how it works.

Testing API before implementing them in real-life projects. It has been very helpful in the development of web applications.
