-Enterprise version is bit expensive
-Free version has almost everything you need but there are some really good feature.

Postman helps team really well with its amazing collaboration features such as realtime collection sharing, CI/CD integration, Automatic security testing and deployment. Postman is an important part our development cycle starting from sharing to testing.
Does the work done in seconds

The platform provide us easy access to import the API's and gets the desired work done in seconds.

Lags sometimes, however same is not a big issue and does not delays my work.

Basically, It simplified our API testing, which reduced work hours by 15%.

A great product but terrible customer service
What do you like best about the product?
Postman helps organize our API's neatly and has a lot of features that are useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very sad customer service experience. Our team was new to Postman and accidentally added several more seats that were needed or used. We explained this mistake and Postman could see that these seats were never used as well. We kindly asked for a credit but they kept referring to their policy with no budging. Their customer service was not trying to understand and consider that these seats were a mistake but rather continued to point to their policy. We are a non-profit as well and they seem to not care or be able to do anything. Very disappointing.

It is possible to test different API endpoints using Postman since it supports a wide range of request methods, such as GET, POST, PUT, DELETE, and more.
Lightweight API client to create different API requests
What do you like best about the product?
Postman is a very simplified tool to execute API requests and their different operations like GET, PUT and POST. It is very easy to install and also learn, even for a new user. We use it almost thrice a week to execute different REST and SOAP APIs using JSON and XML request formats, and then validate the responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Now, Postman has made its services chargeable, with licenses, if you want to save the existing requests in workspaces. So, that is one issue. Other than that, rest everything is fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Postman is a very good tool to accomplish API request and response validations. Moreover, this also helps in testing API automation, with tools like Selenium to verify if the API endpoint is returning correct values or not. Instead of worrying about the slow load of front-end applications, it is easier to just validate the backend services of APIs using Postman, hence that saves a lot of time and effort.

Login using different accounts in Linux is a very bad experience. They should be managing it in much better way.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Postman is that it streamlines the process of API develeopment and testing very efficiently and smoothly, and one thing I like the most is the avalibility of this tool in vscode extension that makes developement and integration very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
one potential downside is that sometimes it lags when dealing with huge responses and mostly the user experience could have been better in postman vscode extension

What is most valuable?
Postman has a lot of additional features like the ones offered by SwaggerHub. Postman is a bit more complicated compared to SwaggerHub since you have to insert bearer tokens all the time and set everything from the start. I mainly use SwaggerHub as it is easy for me. I always get back to SwaggerHub from Postman.
What needs improvement?
Postman is a bit more of a complex tool, making it an area where improvements can be made.
Postman is good the way it is right now, so there's nothing to change in it.

I have been using Postman for a year. My company is a customer of the product.

It is a stable solution.

Given an opportunity, I would prefer to use Postman over SwaggerHub. People mostly prefer to use SwaggerHub over Postman.

The product's initial setup phase was easy and not difficult.

What other advice do I have?
I would recommend others to use Postman. I am a QA, and I should know about different products before I use Postman. In short, a person should know to use it.
