Api hitting machine- Postman
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is that you just have to enter the localhost url mentioned in ur controller and select the type of response you want and you get the response from the api in a single hit. It is widely used in api testing as it's very fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
It should have extensions that can be incorporated in other IDEs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to test APIs without having to write front end codes. So it makes API testing very easy.

What do you like best about the product?
Its very easy to hit api and get a response using Postman. Just have to enter the localhost url and select put/post/get/delete and hit enter. The response is very quick

It should release its extensions in IDEs so that we dont have to ease an extra IDE

We can check response from backend services without creating the front end part so it helps in testing APIs

What do you like best about the product?
I am using this software for API testing and sending the http requests. Postman is very user friendly as compare to its other competitors.

There is nothing to dislike in Postman software as everything works perfect.

It is soflving the issue of managing the API, building automation and also designing the API. With the help of this oftware we can do all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Its support for mock server is best. It allows us to access and edit various request types, headers, parameters, and authentication methods. It makes team collabration seamless. It also provides private API network for internal API management. Its API automation feature is also very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its API documentation feature is not good and can be improved. It just have some limtations with scripting. Other than that everything is good and I have not faced any issues till now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides logs while development those are very useful. Also, it has great access control feature which makes API development and collabration easy. It allows us to test our services and optmize it without a user interface. It feature to import and export of collections is flawless and very useful.

No, i do not think of any dislike in the portman tool.

In postman you can make collection os the API data which is very helpful and ease your work in it . you can do API automation testing in the postman tool .

Postman Api and Load test
What do you like best about the product?
If we are backend developer then we don't have to depend on frontend developers because all API and Curl can test with Postman. And best feature I found in postman is Load Testing. I can do API Load Testing by creating virtual users and number of hits per second. This is the best feature of postman.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my API requests is deleted automatically I don't know why but when I click on my request i got No api request found, and it happens with me 4-5 times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Postman is solving my problem by removing dependency on frontend developers because I don't have to wait to integrate it and wait for the response, i can manage my API's by postman collection only.

What do you like best about the product?
There is an option called Runner which is very useful when comes to updating a lot of data. We can use an Excel CSV file where the values are under a variable name ( Column ) and the variable will be declared in the Postman update API. When we select the required API in Runner it will get the values from the EXCEL CSV file one by one and finish the updating which is a kind of great automation process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am using a Postman paid version which limits up to three users who can simultaneously log on and work but sometimes only two users are using suddenly it logs out itself immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Publishing API and updating is very easy in Postman.API Managing is very easy and user-friendly. Its Runner process helps the most when comes to updating large amounts of data. It provides all languages web request code which is most helpful for developers nowadays.
