Basically we are the developers and need to create API and use it for testing. So postman helps us to solve the issue of API management. Also it has provided us an ease for api testing which we use to send it for processing.

What do you like best about the product?
Postman is very helpful to test the Rest API's and OData services.
I have used the postman to test my SAP CAP Rest API's and SAP Build process automation API triggers .
Postman as lof of features to test with different API. We can write the script and test cases also.
Its veryhelpful for the developers and API testers as well.
Using postman we can easily test out application API's withe different authentication types.
I have used this software weekly 3 to 4 times.

The main drawback is customer support.
I have tried all with trail version only .licensed version is littel bit costly.

I have used the postman to test my SAP BTP CAP application REST API's . Its very useful for me toi test my API and debug the issues in the API. I have tested different API's like REST API's ODATA serviecs and other automations Services also.

Console can be little better, currently it's good but it's visibility should be better

Its an API testing tool and as a developer we need it to test our request and response of any API is expected or not

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use very easy if you know the different gateways. Easy to impliment and check any api. Customer support is good. Frequency of use is 1-2 times / day. Lot of features present like post get patch etc. Integration is easy while checking any api.

Nothing to dislike. But only thing that if AI integration is also present then it also become user friendly.

To check the Api working or I can say the restful api or url working or not.

Sometimes I get an error 500 when using the web browser version but it is not something that happens frequently

I am using postman from last 3 years and this is the best for Callouts, to check the APIs of any aplication to change the data of the particular apps.
Like I am working as a Salesforce Developer, So It helps to integrate any software with Salesforce to check which Outh that app using to run the apis smoothlt also we can change the data using POST callout.
In Postman there are several pre defined API which you can use to intergrate something or to make callouts.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only Dislike which i face is the Application history is not showing older than 4 months in the app but showing when we use in the browser. Which I want that that should give us the filter to fetch the particular date history, this will help massively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helps me to integrate around 20+ platforms with salesforce using REST API as well as Graphql API. Also it helps me to delete no used webhooks of any platform. Postman has ability to direclty change any record of Salesforce using Autorization and login.
Postman helps me to easy my work when I have to intergrate any platfrom I just google and run those APIs into Postman and tried to retireve data according to my requirements, and postman always helps me in those situations.
