Solvoyo makes our lives easier
What do you like best about the product?
I have been a Solvoyo user since 2018, and we have been working together for about four years. Thanks to Solvoyo, we can perform more comprehensive analyses by eliminating our manual workload. The platform allows us to ship products, at the size level, to stores without any manual intervention. Allocation and replenishment is the feature of the service that we use the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations in exception management are a drawback. System runtimes are not flexible enough for different dynamics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have to deal with large datasets that tire Excel due to the operational workload. Before Solvoyo, it was very time-consuming. Solvoyo makes our lives easier and makes it easy for us to easily integrate our data schema (or formats) and interpret data.

What do you like best about the product?
The fast response time and the quality of support provided by Solvoyo’s customer success team is exceptional. The ease of integrating new solutions when a problem arises has been the best part for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a new Solvoyo platform user, I haven’t faced any issues with the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’ve been able to save a tremendous amount of time by using Solvoyo for calculating and optimizing order quantities, which used to take our team days to complete.
Now, we can review auto-generated reports and get insights without the need for any manual action. Automation plays a big part in the platform, and it has increased our productivity significantly.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy working with Solvoyo’s customer success team. They are available at any time for technical support, and they find pinpoint solutions to our problems. They provide quick and efficient solutions for our needs, for example, when I want to add data to a report, sending a quick e-mail is sufficient.
I never have doubts on the accuracy of the data in the reports provided by Solvoyo. I have full trust in them. They are flexible and transparent, I have instant access to every information about the software at every stage of it’s design process.
I can say that Solvoyo’s ability to produce successful results in its forecasts is my favorite aspect.

What do you dislike about the product?
Switching between modules and the loading pace can be improved. I think this situation is caused by the server.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solvoyo meets our expectations with reporting. It makes our job much easier in weekly, monthly, and annual analyzes and sales-stock comparisons. We solved our size and channel-based order creation process, which we have been doing manually for years, with a simple Excel upload method.
Our data entry process, which took days, was reduced to 30-40 minutes. Since time is essential and priority in our business, we found a solution to this problem in a short time.
Transferring our budget process to Solvoyo and making our revisions from there accelerated our digital transformation.
With the markdown optimization module, we can now manage our pricing strategy more efficiently and profitably as we get strategical discount suggestions.
The clustering module allowed us to categorize our stores and sales channels so we can send the right products to the right locations.
With range planning, we can look at the product from different angles and produce products that are more suitable for the needs of our customers in terms of color, theme, and fabric.

Solvoyo supports our operational needs and allows us fast and smart planning.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have many tables provided for our planning needs. When a improved version of a certain table becomes available, the ones not used actively should be reviewed to reduce confusion.

Solvoyo is very successful in producing reports and results. We are also happy with the results of the initial allocation, replenishement and forecast workflows. Especially the replenishment and forecast requirement calculation of the e-commerce channel and being able to see the adjusted stock in our reports saves me a lot of time. Thus, we can

The Customer Success Team is always to support us when we run into a problem or reach out for an improvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many module screens, even if their use and location are different, they can sometimes be confusing. We would like to have the modules to be simplified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the e-tail option report, we can see the general stock status of both the main warehouses and the stores. We also have visibility of the last 4 week’s sales data. It is a very useful report for taking action and checking the overall performance.

When we convey problems or requests that will facilitate the process, we receive the fastest response from our Customer Success Team.

There are many different tables in the Initial and allocation tabs. A new table is added for each new development. Even if these tables are under certain headings, it can be difficult to find the table I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every day, we replace the stocks of sold products in stores with the data we receive from Solvoyo. At the same time, the software generates data for new store openings by using the data of similar stores in terms of turnover and square meters. In this way, we can get the closest data we need for stores that lack historical data.

The modules that come with the solutions produced can be more simpl. The number of screens can be reduced.

It allows us to systematically manage the initial allocation and the replenishment processes. We can manage our initial allocation and replenishment processes according to the cluster and sales speeds created for the stores. We manage a better allocation process by creating solutions for the instantaneous and periodic needs that may occur.

What do you like best about the product?
Solvoyo provides a flexible and can be customizable solution. For example, we can get fast and accurate results from the system in form of customized tables per our requirements.

The process for improving current tables based on our needs could be by simplifying our current ones.

The initial allocation and store-to-store transfer modules provide high accuracy and exceeds our expectations. Solvoyo allowed us to dedicate more time on reporting and analyzing our data to improve our process efficiency even more.
Easy to use and reliable platform for Supply Chain Planning
What do you like best about the product?
The customer success has great experience with the apparel industry. When an instant need pops up, our CS team finds the best solution to fit us very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Executing the replenishment module on a large number of tables is exhausting and each new request comes with a new table. If we could use tables in 3D view, we could deal with fewer tables :)

If you share your expectations and needs with Solvoyo, the results you will get are pretty good. Solvoyo can give forecasts based on many parameters in line with our organization dynamics. With Solvoyo we talk about our goals, make decisions together, and this helps us reach our goals. Every night, Solvoyo produces forecasts at store-barcode level, taking into account our last inventory level, our sales and current capacity, and offers replenishment every day. In this way, we use the time Solvoyo saves us by producing value-added analyzes and reports.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform does Forecasting & Replenishment key features.
As we need to go forward and implement new things / adapt existing behavior / customize to our business, the best thing with Solvoyo is that we have multiple touchpoints per week to monitor progress on the tickets and co-develop what is needed. They dedicate a full team to support us in the long run.

A few features were missing or black-box in the beginning, but we later reached a state where key things are in place and fully transparent.
