Unique support of PDF annotation.
OCR integration, so no preprocessing necessary.
Fantastic set-up for collaberations and multiple annotators on one project.
AI incorporation in many of their processes, allowing us to create a complete pipeline on their site, including testing our annotations on models.

Creating Word documents from jpeg photographs with the program is quite simple and requires no further typing.
We benefit from UBIAI's assistance with data labeling, model testing, and OCR functionality because it speeds up the time it takes us to handle our data.

The tool is snappy and fluid, not too heavy on design, but still pretty and intuitive.
We tried several tools and annotation services before deciding to go with UBIAI because it was the one that perfectly fits our invoice annotation use case.
Features we like the most:
- the IAA (inter-annotator agreement)
- the Auto Text recognition (huge time savior)
- the Modeling (train sota models to help with annotations)
- The ability to annotate on Text (most annotation tools only allow image annotation)
Even better, the team is accommodating and responsive to our requests and concerns, which is a huge plus in any business partnership!

- The fact that we don't use English data is a little tricky, as Japanese doesn't consistently get appropriately recognized.
- Some few quality of life features could easily be added to improve the overall experience

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are solving many problems that directly impact our line of operations for our invoice recognition project!
- They fixed a bug that impacted Japanese language recognition (all characters were recognized as squares)
- They added a feature to annotate unlabeled text as "others" (which is a considerable time savior)

UBIAI has helped me power many of my annotations projects, from a diverse array of complexity.
Besides that, their support is amazing, and they are always on the look for possible improvements to their tool.
I have tried quite many annotation tools before, but from all, I would recommend UBIAI 10/10. If you are in doubt, doubt no further and see for yourself!

All sorts of annotations. They provide us with all features we need.

What do you like best about the product?
If you're looking for a tagging platform on NLP projects, UBIAI probably has all the features you need. lt supports many document types and multiple OCR engines. It's super simple and powerful.

I don't have anything negative to say about it.

UBIAI customer support is fast and helpful. They add new features for their customers very quickly.
An amazing to build intelligence with your unstructured data
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of the tool is the annotations and label categorization. It helps to read the data from different types of sources having similar kind of fields. For example, reading data from ID proofs resumes, mark sheets etc. for collecting personal information.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, nothing bad about the product. Using it in multiple customer solutions. One thing that could be improved or good to have would be to provide other options also to build the model intelligence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helpful in the identification of personal data from different sources for one of the HR domain clients. Apart from this, have used it for investment banking firms for the customer's data validation (primarily history data for fraud analytics).

To be honest, i don't find any dislike thing in the tool.., and the sametime If tool is support for all the languages it helps a lot for other language users too.

It's not supporting Indian regional languages,if it's was featured it will help for Indian users.

What do you like best about the product?
UBIAI has a really stunning UI. It is very easy to work with. A couple of things that draw me to UBIAI are that it could accept data in a LOT of formats (even including PDFs!). My project involves transforming unstructured data like PDFs into structured data, and I had a really hard time finding the right annotation tool. I also love that UBIAI allows me to export data in plenty of formats as well, enabling me to build out models really fast :)

I haven't found anything that I don't like about UBIAI yet, to be honest!

Being able to annotate data in a lot of formats, and also being able to export the data in various format are just so essential.
Efficient and Easy to use text annotation tool for NLP applications
What do you like best about the product?
This tool has several useful features which we used in one of the NLP applications, we imported data from multi-format documents like txt,CSV pdf and json which also had several geographical-based languages within pdfs data. ML models were easy to train, understand and auto annotate the documents. It makes a data scientist's life easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is the tool that is not up to date with the advanced features to handle complex NLP applications and train them. The user interface of this application can also be improved by providing an attractive UI with several languages to the users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used this tool to get insights into the customer feedback data to extract the key notes within the documents to get an idea about customer sentiments, it was very useful for named entity recognization and relation extraction, data labeling is very easy and provides support to train and test the models.
