Create and publish application with Low or NO coding knowledge.
Even a non-developer can use the OutSystems platform to make a basic application live in no time.
Best thing is creation and integration of Data Entities right there in the platform itself, without worrying about any separate database, connectivity, data fetching queries etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
The screens get generated with a default theme. There must be an easy way to select or create n set a Look-n-feel theme (styleguide) right from the beginning to get the sense of ownership and uniquness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now a days there are lots of Front-End and BackEnd technologies, libraries and tools. Learning them and using them to create an application is time consuming.
Even for a tradition web application, lots of things need to be set before actually reaching to business logic.
With Outsystems, this design to publish time has reduced many folds.
No need to learn any language, tools, libraries etc, focus on What you want, and create if on OutSystems.

Best lowcode platform development
What do you like best about the product?
I am using the outsystems last two years it was very fast to complete the development. they support lots of inbuild functionalities and update continuously. that is helping to complete the application quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes I have some complex requirements so time I try that functionality in OutSystems but it is not able to complete the OutSystems platform and I hope they fix that functionality asap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have one requirement in OutSystems to configure the external application iframe inside the OutSystems that time I search that functionality in OutSystems it is available and I am also complete the requirement very quickly.

Review of Outsystems Low code platform
What do you like best about the product?
Outsystems is a low-code tool that helps in building an enterprise application within minimal time. Anyone can easily learn to work with OutSystems and can build the application. We can easily integrate OutSystems with external systems. All are simplified in OutSystems. Error tracking is also made easy in OutSystems. We can track it with help of the service center. Deployment from one environment to another was made easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outsystems was not supporting some default functionalities of SQL queries as some are prevented in it. We have aggregates in place of SQL but not all functionalities were achieved using aggregates. It will consume more memory and can work perfectly in high-end systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First, it will reduce the development time as we can complete enterprise-level applications within months. It almost contains all build-in functions readily available so we can easily integrate this.
At the UI level we can use the OutSystems theme or we can create our own custom theme using CSS.

Programming with OutSystems is amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
OutSystems has a vast of advantages compared with others languaging programs, but I think the thing I like best is the ease of programming between several teammates, saving the version and merging automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main disadvantage is that OutSystems is quite expensive. I would like that we could do small applications for SME, this could be possible it would exist more licence.

As I have mentioned before the main problem OutSystems have solved to me is the control of versions. In other languaging programs sometimes I forgot push mi code through GIT and some teammates publish a version without my job

Although Outsytem is easy to learn,each tool has its own problem. No indepth detailed concepts mentioned in official site for having learning knowledge for beginners.

Great to be working in Outsystems
What do you like best about the product?
It's a low-code platform and it helps in delivering the enterprise apps quickly into production.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike about the Outsystems. Only concern would be pricing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves by reducing the time and resources needed to build an application for enterprises. In the traditional approach it may take up to days but Outsystems has reduced that burden.
Sky Rocket Learning and Delivery on Versatile and Custom Solutions
What do you like best about the product?
I'm currently a junior developer, and I've started my IT career approximately 1.5 years ago. Although being a recent programmer I continue to get, so to say, "surprised" everyday with the user-friendly learning path on this low-code solution that I've stepped into and accomplished with the versatility of the platform until now.
One of my favourite features of Outsystems is of course based on is its versatility and code reusability on mobile native solutions, but also on web-driven projects, which allows a fast delivery of the final solutions to the clients, overcoming our clients deadlines expectations in a short time period without compromising the solutions quality. Others of my favorite features, are related to the simplified processes of debugging, allowing you to rapidly get to the root of any issue, and the clear relations that the platform allows you to effortlessly recognize between the front-end and back-end of each solution.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes OS new releases of built-in components might cause some inappropriate behaviors, although the fixes to those are quickly implemented. Also, controlling large factory solutions involving multiple dev-teams (regarding as examples: module publishing or deploys) can be quite challenging.
Apart from this, I will hopefully continue my journey, growing as an OutSystems developer and contributing the best as I can to, not only, improve the solutions that I deliver, but also with the huge community that supports this great platform to its success.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Besides shortening the timespan between the development and final deliveries, I could say that factory management and technical debt improvement on Outsystems becomes easier with the available the tools (such as Service Center, Architecture Dashboard, Discovery, etc.).
