What do you like best about the product?
Easy to implement the OutSystems applications. Setting up the environments is also easy even though there were some issues in the initial setup related to software version/servers connectivity. It was to do after overcoming those few issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The response from support is not quick and improving the errors log with more details will be helpful to troubleshoot the issues

Best Low Code Platform. I started developing with OutSystems and then moved to DevOps. In any field you can get yourself surprise about how extend the company is in terms of offering tools for the business.
I love the customer service support. So if you think everything ends when you purchase the platform you are wrong you are not alone along your implementation.

Outsystems is a very powerful platform for almost any company, with excellent support and education.

The applications developed with the platform tend to be resource intensive.

We are using Outsystems in the healthcare industry, and modernizing a legacy system to a cloud based service.

Make a complete assessment of your project needs and timeline for delivery. Using milestone delivery rather than complete application allows for faster development process.

As an administrator for multiple platforms I've found OutSystems to be a platform that is easy to manage and provides great analytics and monitoring tools that help keep track of our solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only issue I've had with the product is the quality of the customer support. There has been times where i've waited days and even months to get a response to fix my issues.

We are building apps that normally would of taken months to write and instead writing them in shorter times going to production

The agility in the development process without the need to care about environment configuration or another low level technical issues.

The code stays with outsystems.

We started working with Outsystems 2 years ago, by providing a mobile solution for ours employees, to have access to their HR information. Since then, we increase our solutions with Outsystems and agile methodology, and I can say that now we deliver buysiness value in a more fast and reliable way. Thank you to Outsystems for the support in this agile jorney!
