Excellent service and price point
What do you like best about the product?
Kunal Sarkar has been great to work with. He has ensured our needs for a chauffeured service company are being met with Azuga products.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. Any concerns have been addressed quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Azuga to track our vehicles as they complete each day's reservations. This allows us to ensure our drivers are on time.
Great App and great payment plan
What do you like best about the product?
We use the ELD feature of Azuga and really like the fact that it is not a high-maintenance application by allowing us to log on only while driving DOT loads, not all the time like other apps require. They have excellent customer support also. And they did not lock me into a long contract; it's month to month, which is also far better than the competition.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know of any downfalls of the application so far. As I become more familiar with and get more experience, I will share any problems I have with the app.; so far, none.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing us the opportunity to use ELD for DOT loads and log off during normal loads without the typical high maintenance associated with other products.
Tracking the shuttle really helps us give our guest the service that they need.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Azuga is that we are able to get real-time locations of our shuttles and how far they are from our guests. Without it, the process of pick up would a hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides to Azuga. At our hotel property, it does a great job at allowing us to give our guests under a minute response time when they are waiting for pick-ups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accuracy of time when picking up and dropping off our guests is one of the biggest problems Azuga helps us solve. As a whole, we have increased guest satisfaction when it comes to our shuttle service.
Azuga is cool.
What do you like best about the product?
The personal Geofence setting that can alert you when a vehicle is within a certain distance from an established point.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the map is pushed off to the right of the screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasing safety umongst our company drivers by actually showing them how they drive according to data.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of locating any of my vans at any time of day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports could be easier to navigate. They are not super difficult but could be a little easier

Very useful for dispatching and time management
once you learn all the tools the site is extremely helpful

It aids me in tracking the vehicle fleet and makes it easier to deal with any vehicle related issue

The user interface can be a bit intimidating but once you get used to it, it is not a problem

Again, it is great to have all fleet-related information on one site, streamlining any vehicle related issues

Rewards system has presented challenges with award winners claiming their rewards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking driver performance which allows us to celebrate top performers and coach/monitor drivers who repeatedly make poor driving choices.
Great service and easy to use app. They even saved us from an accident prone employee!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy the software is to use and how helpful it can be in monitoring and predicting certain things. We have a better idea of how long an employee should take.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I could think of is the device is rather noticeable, so If we wanted to discreetly monitor employees that is quite difficult; however, we just tell them it is for insurance purposes.

We can track and locate employees quickly and effectively without even telling them. We do not utilize all of the features however it is really interesting to see how the employees behave while driving

We love the breadcrumb feature. We can tell exactly where our employees are all night and also exactly where they have been.

There is nothing that we have found that we dislike. Very easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have many employees and they go all over southwest Montana. We can now see where everyone is and where they have been. It has increased our productivity.
